  1. Holy crap!!! I just watched the whole 2.22 just now and jiminy cricket was it amazing!! One of the most epic pieces of anime I have ever watched. So much emotion, such perfect visuals, really a refined evangelion, that truly goes to the next level. I love how different it is from the original series and movies. I was fully captured by the film, senses immersed. What a journey!!! And @taksraven it is interesting what you said. Made me laugh. Also because part of me had my head spinning in the theories and plots, wanting to go through and watch the whole original series again, and the movies and all the way up to this again and read books and theories to make sense of it all. However the greater part of me decided to relax into the mystery. I can accept that I do not have to, nor would ever be able to, comprehend with certainty in a cerebral way what this is all about. Instead just enjoy the beauty of this work. Funny, I hope that does not make me sound like a philosophy major.
  2. Thanks Gubabba! I watched the first scene this morning before getting my son ready for day care and it was totally freaking epic!!! The new character is HOT!!! and the graphics are superb!
  3. I finally just watched 1.11 and now I really want to watch 2.22 Where can I get a region free DVD with english subtitles? Or is there a good torrent with english subs?
  4. Awesome! Who makes that and where did you get it?
  5. I put some of the 1/48 Urban Camo GBP parts on a 1/48 yamato milia VF-1J. Wanted to see what would work in gerwalk mode.

  8. Yeah, i am going to bring my 1/55 as well as other stuff. Some new projects too.
  9. Ron, Will you please bring this to the convention this year?
  10. I agree that Yamato 1/60 VF-3000 and VF-4 would be absolutely fantastic. I still have hope.
  11. HOLY CRAP!!! Check THIS out!!! http://www.e2046.com...4&photo_id=2613 EDIT: My bad, I thought this was alto in his cockpit. Turns out it is gundam. Oh well. Still cool.
  12. Great Job! She is a beauty!
  13. You guys have got to check this out! http://www.hlj.com/product/KBYKP-119
  14. I have one and have yet to build it though. I think technically it is non-scale but if you look at the cockpit is is probably somewhere between 1/100 and 1/144. I am going to put it with some 1/60 macross stuff as ground support vehicle and it is pretty huge next to those. But it will not hold a 1/60 valk like that - 1/100 probably though. I will use mine probably to hold bombs and missiles. Links are at http://www.hlj.com/product/KBYMB-30 http://www.hlj.com/product/KBYMB-31
  15. Awesome work there! I love it and am totally jealous! Love the digital camo too.
  16. Brilliant work there. Really fantastic. I hope that you will come and bring it to the macrossworld convention to put on display so we can see it in person!
  17. All those poor military men getting nosebleeds:wacko:
  18. The VF-1D is a must! It is the first v.2 1/60 that I got too and I wish I had three of them. The little Hikaru and Minmei are so cute too. Great sculpt, clean lines, tight, pose-ability, just fantastic.
  19. Please bring this to macrossworld convention 10 in LA so we can see it in person. This is the ultimate!
  20. Whatever that is it is a wicked sweet bird! I want a transforming figure of that for sure!
  21. Just a note to let you all know that we are planning a very cool video project for the convention so that we can upload most of the events (if not all of the events as well as other cool stuff) to the web, and people who can not attend will be able to watch. Also those of us who are there can watch ourselves later. Still I would really encourage everyone near and far to to attend this convention in person. This is going to be the most epic of all macrossworld conventions and the venue is super nice. Also encourage those who are attending to bring your awesome rare and custom macross goodies to display and show off. Even though I had to travel several hundred miles in a small honda with my back seat carrying my most prized macross diorama and figures, it was totally worth it to bring and show off. I hope to see a lot of you in LA at the con.
