Sigh. Finally finished upgrading my new rig. It's mainly a cosmetic change, but I've done a few things to make it faster too. It's also more quiet, thank the lord. This was a big hassle, and during the process my BluRay Recorder and DVD Writer caught fire. They still seem to be working now luckily. Phew! Here are the list of changes: Motherboard - Rampage II Extreme to P6X58D-E. I just didn't do any overclocking, so getting a high end board was a waste. I needed the same chipset for my Core i7 975 which I am keeping as it is still a good CPU. But I needed to future proof a bit, so I got one with USB 3.0 and also SATA 3 for. . . OCZ Agility 3 SSD 120 GB - Needed SATA 3 to maximise this, and the Rampage had none. Win7 loads so much faster with this. Programs are so responsive. This is going to be the server for the LANs that I host here in my house so this will help a bit i think. Seagate Momentus XT 500GB SSD Hybrid Drive - For the apps and games that need to be a tiny bit faster than coming from a HDD. Great value. Noctua DH-14 CPU Heatsink - My old Coolermaster V10 was a piece of crap, I was running the last few months without a proper CPU cooler. This is an awesome fan, it is so quiet! The tan coloured fans left much to be desired though, they look kinda ugly through the window of my new case. . . . Thermaltake Level 10 GT - I was glad that a new one of these came out a cheaper price point. This looks better I think, with USB 3.0 ports and also quick HDD removal trays. These are so cool, and also I can control the fan speed. But its always cold thanks to my new cooler. Also has a hanger for my Logitech G930 Wireless headset. XFX HD6990 Video Card - Man, finally I can link my 40" Sony Bravia TV to the card as well as all three of my Samsung SyncMaster BX2440s on there. Also finally getting eyefinity was sweet. The card is only loud when you start up the computer, then the fans calm down. Chops Crysis 2 in full details. The only I hate at the moment was my new wireless card. Thought I would stick with the ASUS theme and get a PCE-N13 Wireless network card. It's been giving me so many headaches so far, no stable connections at all. All my other devices (Samsung Galaxy SII, ASUS Transformer, ASUS G73 Notebook etc) can work with it except this. Are there any settings that I should check to make this work better? Also I still use the Corsair Dominator GT DD3 RAM that I got ages ago. It says on the side of the RAM that it is 1866 MHz speed, but at startup it only shows speeds of 1333 MHz. Any way to fix this?

Not even the VF-22 Bluegazer had missile bays. I'd love also a gunpod gimmick, but that might be hard. I would rather a strong solid battroid and fighter mode and have accessories separate.

The VF-19 was so good, I might prepare to buy all four of these when they get released. Like EXO, was very late to the party ever since the V2 VF-1s toys were so good since then from Yamato. Hope plenty of re-releases get sent our way for all of them. Who would have though such justice would have been done for the Macross 7 line by Yamato?

This one is truly beautiful, unlike the 1/55 Bandai version. I hope it is not gone forever.

I heard that it was going to be revised completely with the VF-19 Kai improvements. Is this true?

I'm wondering that myself. I would like a re-release, along with the Ostrich and Max and Millia VF-1Js. I missed the boat with this one.

There should be one left. I just ordered 3 more. I wonder if the YF-19 is going to be reissued with improvements. Was there ever a 1/60 DYRL? v2 VF-1A Mass Production Version? I see only a TV version up.

This will be the one that I will be getting. I'm amused in thinking they could potentially make FAST Packs for it.

The 1/48 VF-1 wasn't designed to take the armor either. Yet they still made it. Some things are more easier than others though. The thing is, out of all the VF designs, the 11 seems to have the strongest and most stable torso. That would help it a lot.

Just wanted to ask, do the VF-22 faceplates "click" into place during transformation? The only one that I find that does that is the YF-21. I just want it lower, I don't want the 22s looking "up".

I'm jealous of how much better this is than my YF-19. I really wished that the technology that was in this would lead to a rerelease of the original with improvements and also a VF-19F/S and VF-19A Ravens. I remember when the YF-19 came out, someone said that the VF-19s could not be done whereas I said that it could. Look at where we are now. Amazing.,

Gawd, stupid yamato QC. Argh. Nothing broken, just the connections for the FAST packs are one backwards. I spent a few minutes panicking that I got a dud. This design is amazing though. I must say out of all the Yamato valks, the VF-11 has impressed me the most. I can't wait to see how different the VF-19 Kai is from the original.

Nothing is broken, it's probably my inexperience transforming anything other than a VF-1. I even had trouble with a new 1/60 VF-1. We'll see if I can get it into GERWALK mode.

Hope it will come with FAST packs and also a cool gimmick to switch out magazines and laser with the main gunpod. I would also like a Spiritia Absorbing Gun!

Man, I just got my Vf-22s, so lucky not to get hit by customs tax. Stupid shipping process by HLJ man. VF-22s look nice, just cannot get the legs into GERWALK mode. Can only go all the way into Battroid. Dammit. This is by far the most frustrating ones to transform.

I'd want a Guitar Hero version of that. Pretty cool.

Wow, I can really feel my Macross collecting vibe take off again. Looks like the YF-19 was truly a prototype. I cannot wait for this one.

Will buy 4 of each. If you got FAST Packs comin, then I will buy 7. This is one of my favourite mecha in the Mac7 universe. Hope the USD is still low when it comes out.

The performance of the ATI card that I have (the Radeon HD 6990) absolutely smashes games to pieces. I just have to get eyefinity going on them. I have all of the monitors, its just that I need 2 more active display port adapters. I'm hoping that there is a VGA to mini display port adapter available, as I want to plug up my TV to it too for the 4th eyefinity monitor. Just mainly for work and displaying a single screen for movies in WMP. My sound for the computer goes out through my video card, so no need for HDMI. But I'm worried that the video quality will suffer if I do. Is that true? I like to play some movies from my computer, like anime, but I like to watch BluRay and DVD stuff from my PS3 (whose sound is connected to the same Z5500 as the computer, but via Optical) because my sound card and CPU fan make so much noise.

No matter how long you've been away from these forums, its surprising how certain people remember your buying habits.
