Sadly, yes. However, the scene has been tweaked a bit to make it look....well, not so piss-poor. There's also the revised Jabba, which uses the same computer model as the Jabba in Phantom Menace. Other than that, the only big, BIG change is the addition of Hayden to the end of Jedi, as we've discussed before. Beyond that, the changes are supposed to be merely cosmetic, such as improved lightsabers. would be nice if they fixed up some of the dated CG used in SE ANH's dog fight scene. I swear rogue leader's graphics look better.

BT isn't enough to sate you? Anyway I'm a G1, BT and Masterpiece transformer fan myself. All other TFer lines can rot in hell for all I care after TFers any well made mecha toy is up for grabs. Alternators are cool, and there are a couple I'm looking forward too, but I've always enjoyed smaller toys. (Banny Valks rule!) I've also found that the ones that can be transformed quicker, are more fun to mess with. I'm happy to see a few vehicles in the Energon line that look like they could exist, even if they aren't straight translations of real vehicles. Shame that I missed RID. I'll collect about bot that catches my eye. *looks at his Zoids Whitz Wolf, and Liger Zero X* Guess it's just different tastes. I prefer TFer toys that take me at least over 2 minutes to transform. I really should time myself on how fast it takes me to transform my BT/alts.

Anyone have the list of changes that are going to be made trilogy? Not to be a whiner but does greedo still shoot 1st?

OMG, I can see the firestorm aproaching! *ducks for cover* That's cool. I've always liked BladeRunner and the other films listed there, cept solaris which I havn't seen and War of the Worlds, which I consider a piss poor adaptation. Though I find it hard to believe the Fritz Lang "Metropolis" didn't make the list considering that Blade Runner owes alot of its visual style to that film.

What is your favorite toyline of all time other than macross toys?

I kinda like the gooey looking base. I've given up on MF figs. Every time I buy one it looks awesome in the package, but once removed my heart always sinks.

Well for movies you think deserved to make the list and didn't you people should check out the 500 nomination list. you may find what you are looking for.

all it takes is a good set of clippers a hobby knife and time. They are all snap and molded in color.

While I love the proportions and sculpt of this toy, the wings are gawd awefully floppy.

Thought I may be asked to hand in my male-gamer fanboy card, no, you're not alone in that this is not of the cool. In fact, it's getting rather tired. Less eyecandy for the sake of eyecandy and more gameplay goodness. The scary thing is that this sort of thing is spreading. When the animation (both 2D and 3D) students here passed in their final porjects last semester, many of them featured scantily clad women. Now I know how many hours and hard work goes into developign and shaping the deatils of polygon and nurb characters. So I couldn't help but feel bad for the male student that spent countless hours staring at a screen and working on a fake CGI female body and often times with "reference material". Yet, they care less and less for the real girls in their references and literally pour their hearts into the animated character they just created. It's very distrubing. I have a student who believes he's in love with Velma from Scooby Doo. Know not a look alike or the actress that plays her int he POS movies but the cartoon character. It was funny when watching Otaku No Video eyars back but since being in the industry... I'm not laughing anymore. Doesn't seem like that new of a trend to me. Men have been drawing fantasy women since the beginning of time. Sex as a marketing strategy is very old.

I'm still hoping for a PG Ball!
