I was wondering whether students would graduate or if they would repeat the grade next year. Are you sure his class is graduating? i have a child in kindergarten and after speaking to the superintendent, she is of the mind that all students will repeat the year.

Certainly I have other hobbies. If I made it seem like receiving my valks with a long delay is overly important in the grand scheme of things then I apologize, because it’s not. I only mention it here because, well, this is MW. No one else I know cares or has even heard of this hobby. But I am excited to have rediscovered this hobby. As for things returning to back to normal, it won’t. This pandemic will have lasting ramifications on how we will conduct our lives, at least in the US. What shape those ramifications take only time will tell. Covid isn’t going anywhere. It is far to contagious to isolate. I’ve lost two patients to covid already. I’ll be lucky if I don’t lose more.

Looks like schools in the State of Washington will remain closed for the rest of the year. I'm sure it will be the same for the rest of the states. I'm again hearing rumblings within the medical community that in the US at least, isolation will be lengthened as well. I might not get my valks for a long time indeed.

Didnt someone say something similar in the Arcadia thread about them never re-releasing the GBP and they just did. We have to have hope! Macross Plus has to be one of the better and more acclaimed series within macross. Though maybe the vf-11 GBP was in macross 7. I cant remember.

Man I would LOVE a DX vf-11with GBP, FAST packs, and missiles (probably all independently sold by bandai ) I always loved the vf-11 design.

I'm always impressed on how random the weathering pattern appears. Humans tend to make patterns or symmetry by nature but these weathering marks look as they would in real life. Amazing work.

I just wanted to create this thread in appreciation of all you awesome modelers creating some truly beautiful models. The dirt, grime, weathering. I have no idea how you guys do it! I've been inspired by by you guys to try my hand at it. I've always been afraid of buying models just to mess them up but I was just gifted an H&S Infinity airbrush so I might as well use it. Maybe one day I can aspire to build one of the famed Hasegawa kits that only modeling gods can do! Feel free to post pics of finished models that have inspired you to become the pros that you are!

What company makes the best prebuilt models in your opinion? Wow those eaglemoss ships are so inexpensive.

Since they are non transforming I wish they would step up and make a Dragon 2 or other type of Robotech aircraft.

I wasnt aware they made a kaki vf-1. I thought they only made a CF variant.

Really? Got an episode number for that? I never noticed this. Plus there was that orguss vf-1, VF-X-4, and the VEFR-1 that was never released.

Too much screen time for me unless they release the variant with the crushed head :)
