I bought one from a user on Facebook for $270. He stated that he got 2 units for 24.000 Yen each. Picked up by a friend of his in store somewhere in Japan. That was 13 day's ago. And i received the package on Monday. All good.

Re-issuing the Regult and Glaug would be welcome as well since finding them for a reasonable price is like searching for the holy grail.....

Thank you for this Sqidd! I now have a basic understanding what parts i need Yeah, maybe 3 arms is a bit excessive for height, the thought was to have Gerwalk on 1 arm, battroid on 2 arms and fighter on 3 arms, all posed together, but i'll probably just keep them on 1 or 2 arms on different shelves in the Detolf.

Hi guys (and gals) I'm a little bit lost as to what Yeti parts to buy for my DX VF-1's Valkyries. I need 3x Bases (1 Valkyrie on each base) three arms linked together on each base for height and adapters with the option to pose both banking and straight (and of course Gerwalk & Battroid) for all 3 bases. What should my parts list look like? Thank you

Tried that, every configuration possible. The back of the head seems to stick to much out for it to successfully go behind it

I broke out my HMR VF-1A Hikaru with Super aswell. Sprue marks minimal on that one but the tolerances not so good. When in fighter mode the arms do not want to stick together and also with the Super parts on, the left leg separates from the arm about 3mm but is flush on the right leg. Also the flap on the backpack is crooked on the hinges when in open position. Guess you get what you pay for At least my DX VF-1's are perfect p.s. How in the world does one fold the legs to the chest for gerwalk/fighter without removing the head?

Soooo i went ahead and unboxed the first one of my HMR's, VF-1D to be exact. Very happy with the figure, articulation, transformation etc, except for one thing.... Sprue marks on the back of the leg and thigh. Pretty big marks as well and very noticeable. Is this common on the HMR VF-1's or did i get a lemon?

Thank you! I'll maybe pick that one up. But, i tried ordering something on mandarake the other day and i ran into a problem in checkout, seemed as i couldn't input an address outside Japan and also did not understand all the info boxes you have to fill in when ordering. Does ordering from Mandarake require a Proxy service?

Yeah the VF-1J Armored looks really nice but the cheapest i could find it is 28000 yen (https://www.nippon-yasan.com/11965-hi-metal-r-vf-1j-armored-valkyrie.html&force=1) wich is waaaay to much for a HMR figure I got a Strike VF-1S Roy thanks to a tip from DewPoint. I'm gonna get a Superostrich (http://www.anime-export.com/product/42158) But i'm still on the hunt for a reasonably priced Regult, if anyone knows of one do tell I already have a Monster on the way and more Macross stuff, so i'm gonna give my wallet a break for a while and pick up the other Destroids later

Yup, i spray painted mine black. You can also get it with drawers: https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/vadholma-drawer-unit-brown-stained-ash-40374342/ but i was a cheap skate and bought the cheaper one. And just so you know the VADHOLM is 3cm less in width than the Detolf, but it doesn't matter, i don't use the feet under the Detolf and it sits nicely on the Vadholm

VF-1 and out of all of them i like the VF-1D the most and the VF-1S the second.

I know how you feel, i got DX VF-1J, 2x DX Max, 2x pre-order VF-1S on the way, 4 DX Strike sets on pre-order, 2x missile sets and now in the last week 3x HMR Valkyrie's. All in the last 3 months... It's like an addiction, but i have no regrets cause these are absolutely beautiful pieces of pop culture that hold they're value well. And i get to experience the childhood excitement that i didn't get when i was a kid cause of poverty. That's priceless
