@Shizuka the Catwhat we speak is truth. Despite the lack of success or sleep I have been getting and missing every single second batch announcement, it doesnt take away from the work you have done to share this info as soon as you find out. Thank you. NY got my money a fee nights ago, at a stupid mark up. But I start a new job next week that increases my income by a few grand a month. So an extra hundred is tolerable.

Dont feel bad @vlenhoffI did the same late last night before bed. There was no way I was gonna wake a second night, with no knowledge of those other sites posting whether or not they were going to carry it. The VF-31S armor and VF-1A are both paid for. I ordered the armor when it became available, but from what I am.seeing NY may not fulfill either of these orders? Honestly that would be the kick in the junk to much. So I'll stay positive about it. I do know once the VF-1A does release there will be a small window for a reasonable price, a price that will be about as good as NY is now.

I would say a real gift that shows true appreciation would be the VF-1A DX that went up last night...for those who managed. Not that HMRs aren't nice but, maybe you will turn another into a rabid collector?

I asked that exact question a few pages back. If it is indeed 20 per ( I couldn't get through on HLJ) and if a scalper could afford it up front. That's just a dumb policy. But I suspect it may be inaccurate

So preorders sold by NY, some ( probably the majority) to scalpers. Then allowed to sell from their site for a mark up. Would it be safe to assume if that is the case , they get a percentage of those sales?

NY does. For 27500Y/270.00 US for the VF-1A DX. I assume they held back some of thier surplus. Which is kind of...no not kind of, its filthy.

Unless of course they release more batches than the VF-1A. I would suspect....well I wont assume anything after the last 18 hours. Did a number on my sleep, but it was an eye opening experiance.

Funny thing I noticed, I hobby link Japan website I added the VF - 1A to my wishlist and notice that it stated this item is limited to 20 per customer. Does anybody know of hobby link Japan requires payment upfront?

Whole heartily agree @SpaceCowboy. I suspect that on release day or a couple days after there will be a window when the sellers are competing with one another to get one at price that doesn't leave me feeling violated when I get it.

If I had managed to get one let alone 2 I would happily oblige @kkx . I am going to have to wait until release date and let everyone that had purchased multiple ones selling them fight against one another until the price is reasonable tome before I secure one.

@MommarI woke up at 0130 Central Time US. No luck on any site. I have them all up and am refreshing them. But i agree with you. I took 14 years away from collecting Macross and just recently got back into it. This is just silly and I am very happy for those here that managed to secure one, but I don't like the way it went down and seeing them on YJ for the scalping rates. Even Badai Online had a few. I could have secured one there...at 100.00 mark up.
