I recall seeing the Toynami Beta(Tread) Shadow “prototype” I guess and not realizing it was never released until properly educated on here. I think Sentinel is going to do the Iota next, then the Eta Tread and see how that sells. Point being I don’t think any shadow version of either the legioss or tread is even close to on their radar right now.

I know this was sorta addressed in a prior post but is there any way to get digital versions of these master file books? I don’t even need like downloading one illegally from a source or anything I mean does anyone offer the option to purchase an ebook or pdf of these Master File books?

So..... I preordered from AE this morning. Should I not have? Now I’m worried. I had a horrible experience with NY trying to get my DX Strike Parts so I vowed never again for them. Is AE just as bad?

FINALLY got my strike parts from NY, and I just realized you can’t use the special display stand that came with the launch edition.

ARRIVED!!! wow this guy is just stunning. Minor gripes; wish there was a “lock” position for the canted vertical stabilizers pilot figures are a little small so they rattle around a bit thats literally it. Everything else about this VF is perfect. Definitely worth the price.

How bold could they get with the Tread though? I mean it’s a pretty simple design compared to any other transforming vehicle that’s been made for Macross or Mospeada.

Repeatedly sent tickets to NY asking them to change my shipping to UPS and they finally replied yesterday. Paid the additional fee and whaddya know I got an email notification that the package shipped and will be delivered tomorrow!?! Happy but pissed that I had to put so much effort into getting a company to first reply to me and second send me the item I paid for. AND they still haven’t replied to my other tickets about the DX VF Strike Parts I preordered in November!

All I am saying is if they as a producer assume everyone would want a Parts Set for each unit produced regardless of TV or Movie accuracy then that would be 180,000 parts sets they would need to produce which is ten times the number or units for each release SO it’s not out of hand to assume they plan on making significantly more parts sets than VF units. I am NOT saying that’s what they WILL do, but math is math.

They’re on the fifth version of this right? They’ve issued/will issue I believe 18,000 of each. That’s 90,000 VF’s. So if every owner wanted the SSP’s for each VF, that’d be 90,000 SSP sets they’d have to make. And now with this new SP release, that’s another 90,000. So I’m thinking they’re figuring they need a lot more Super & Strike Parts to be available than the VFs themselves.
