Going by the prices I'm seeing on Amazon Japan/YJA, and how the scalpers are starting to drop back towards retail in an effort to offload. Saw it with the Max before, and that one's just barely over retail after release.

Looks like the production quantity is pretty high this time around, might even be possible to get a second at release.

Buyee is a proxy, they will place bids on your behalf to Yahoo Japan Auctions, and will also purchase products for you via various webstores. There are other proxies as well, such as FromJapan, DeJapan, and ZenMarket (in my order of preference). Currently I get almost all my my TWE and P-Bandai stuff via FromJapan, with DeJapan and ZenMarket as backups.

Well, I guess there go any hopes of Bluefin getting some for us. I'm just hoping my DeJapan proxy order doesn't fall through. Big Wing Zero fan, and I love the GFFMC Wing Zero I already have.

Couple things to note: I have an account on their webstore, registered to my Tenso forwarding address I corresponded with them in Japanese (with help from google translate, my Japanese is rusty).

Looks like HLJ is back out of stock again. The fact the rest of the stuff added alongside is still showing available is evidence they actually were able to secure stocks somehow.

They also put up a bunch of other stuff from both Bandai and Arcadia, including YF-19s (from both), VF-1J armored, VF-4G (HMR and 1/60), Roy 1S premium finish, etc... Quite possibly an error, but I put in an order (RIP wallet)just in case.

Btw, HLJ just put a bunch of Bandai (and Arcadia) stuff "In Stock", including both Messer VF-31 versions, plus Chuck's VF-31.

I doubt they'll go the 2-heads route, the DYRL and TV tampo schemes are quite different.

Good news! Got notification that the repair parts showed up at my Tenso address from Arcadia. I'm waiting to ship them until the DX VF-1S I ordered through Amazon Japan shows up there as well, but after that my SV-51 is finally going out on the shelf.

Is $300 too much for a VF-0D? Depending on condition no. I paid $400 for a new in box one. Current Yahoo Japan auction sold prices are here. However! Keep in mind that Arcadia is releasing a new "Premium Finish" version, and that the old version has some pretty severe leg issues in many copies. Decide if you want to spend $300 on an old open one (if it's opened, verify with seller that the legs are good), or spend about $500 on the new version. [edit] Nippon Yasan has a much lower price than HLJ for the VF-0D new version.

That image appears to be of a correct configuration. The bulges where it connects to the leg sliders are supposed to be either both inward or both outward, depending on if you've rotated the legs from fighter to battroid or not. As in they ought to protrude either both inwards from the leg slider, or both outwards from the leg slider. For additional evidence, note the metal part below, and how the shaft on it is offset to one side. They should be offset in different directions for both sides. See circled areas on my edit. Upper circled areas are both biased inwards. Lower circled areas are both biased inwards as well.

I'm good with just the 4, especially as given the differences between TV and DYRL releases so far they might be coming out with TV supers separately.

Demand is probably pretty high, as it's a re-color of the GFFMC Wing Zero, which is considered to be pretty amazing. Just look at the aftermarket on it. -
You're missing the VF-1D. I think you have everything else though.

The 31C wasn't too terribly hard to get, and the 1J was surprisingly easy (managed to get 3 of those!). The Hikaru 1S was far worse than either. -
If you're offering to trade a Max 1A for a 1S, I'm not sure they'll be any takers.

Nope, no breaking glue required, just push the foot to one side and unscrew the two screws holding the plastic clamshell onto the end of the leg slider with a precision screwdriver. The only possibility of damage is stripping the screws, at which point you'd have to replace the whole leg using the replacement parts.

I got 3 more missile sets, on top of the 2 I already have. Between the re-issue of the missiles, the second release of strike parts, and the way Max's sold I'm pretty hopeful that Bandai's scared the scalpers off of their Macross line a bit.
