So how long did the Frontier DX take after the series released? Think these will be any faster?

I'm watching the Robotech series again and get all giddy every time I see one of those mechs represented by the Hi-Metal Range. Don't think I ever had access to the original Macross, is there much difference (maybe I should watch this online instead - I just chuck DVD's on in the background when at home)? I have the first three Legacy collections (I think there were like seven). Having watched Frontier last year (and before that it was ages since seeing Robotech so couldn't remember much), didn't realise the parallels were so similar. Yet that still felt like it's own thing. One thing I can't remember, what's the relationship of the SDF1 to the Zentraedi before Earth fixed it up?

And here I was thinking eventually, I'd get another 0A one day. Two matching jets on a yeti would look quite nice, and the 0A just looks so clean. Instead I've gone different, 0S is now in the warehouse. So I thought these were identical molds. They're not, or just tweaked fixes? Still haven't transformed the 0A, or read the threads proper... My 0A has been displayed like this for ages: It used to be landed properly with Locks jumping over it until I closed up the wheels and couldn't remember how I opened them up. Like it like this though, you can see the jet much better. Sorry Yeti, my savings got spent again!

What happens if you let a preorder payment slide from Ami? I was going to coz I saw something much cheaper elsewhere, but I think I missed it. Anyway, was taking some picks of something else for CS, and thought to take a few shots of these, and they look so cool I had to show them off!

So is three enough? I guess those vinyl ones from Toynami hold nothing over these ones either? I also want to make a Battletech lance on the side, and thinking the Wave 1/72 might fit better with the Glaug from this line and the Max Factory Dougram kits... unless that Glaug scales with the 1/60 destroid (then I'm set)!

I don't do kitsets, but have a couple Gundam and a Max Factory Dougram, and really like how easy and toy like they are. Are Macross ones like that too? Playable/transformable rather than static pose models? Interested in those 1/72 Wave ones. Not really the patience to paint them...

Thanks, yeah always think they should be missiles or something. So this place is just for posting anything Macross, I tend to just do that anywhere it suits anyway. Just the topic heading was quite... specific.

And those TIE fighters! My konig is so puny...
