Looks like I got two as NY finally came through and shipped mine. YAY! I like the new trident stand also.

Ugh, NY sent me a bad invoice for the full amount (rather than the difference) and hasn't corrected it yet. Strange to really want to pay for an order but have a hard time doing so.

I can't figure out how much money NY wants from me. The new invoice shows the entire amount, toy plus shipping. Do they want me to do the math, figure out what I already paid them, and then send them the difference? Clearly they aren't really made to handle this on their end. Edit - maybe they don't want money and they're just asking me to approve my shipping having been downgraded to Eco SAL?

Well, a regular release seems more likely by the moment. Maybe no strike packs and strikes will be sold separately. I'd be down with that, I don't need all my valks to have strike packs.

I can't believe they're actually going to make the feet brown... seems gratuitous and like it might just beg for paint scratching unless they're going to make brown hued metal. No expert but I believe you'd get tracking but no insurance and it will take longer to get to you.

I don't think a bundle makes a ton of sense but if the 0S is sold out everywhere and has been for a little while by the time the bundle would be released, it might work. I would expect it to coincide with releases of both the standalone 0S and standalone armor so Arcadia could leverage the production runs.

I think there are two issues. 1) they underestimated shipping costs so for the stock they had they asked for more money (though apparently not from everyone). 2) For those of us who haven't heard anything, they didn't get enough stock so they don't have anything to ship you. I'm not going to panic yet but this happened to me with MP-10Eva. I think it was TFsource that claimed their shipment was lost so they never honored any of their preorders and just refunded everyone their money but, of course, the toy was sold out everywhere by the time they came clean about it.

How could they F this up? All they had to do was place an order based on their preorders? They should have ordered extras for sale afterward too. Very bizarre. I wonder if Bandai shorted them?

I think HG is a big part of that, they're very litigious. BW also seems to keep a pretty tight grasp on the property, possibly because of HG.

As I understand it, the GERWALK kit is both battroid and fighter kits. You can have a fighter mode and a battroid mode. However, if you want to build a GERWALK you can do so and you'll have half a fighter mode and half a battroid mode left over.

It can't be that because not everyone is getting the additional charge. Maybe it depends on what box they grabbed. Maybe the people getting the surcharge will find their toys arriving in oversized boxes because NY ran out of smaller ones. EDIT - and still, people should be happy, NY still hasn't shipped mine. Just that preparation email.

We have no idea what's going on with Arcadia's licensing or what deals they may have cut with BW.

What's your point? Is it that extended universes shouldn't weigh too heavily on new productions? If so, I think you, me, and Duke agree. -
Duke Togo is right. If I asked everyone I worked with if they like Star Wars most would say 'yes'. If I asked about the extended universe I might find one or two that were aware of it and has an opinion.
