I am probably wrong but that appears to be 3 aircraft. Look closely at the forward canards and youll see it is looks like a VF-25 aircraft above another vf-25 nose section but it cant be a vf-25 with fastpacks as the wing tips look different. So right now i am downloading the raw of episode 1 (not the deculture edition) off the net and will look at the opening then to see it. EDIT: well after downloading the file it definately isnt three planes and your right. But they do share alot of body proportions and features so it may be a VF-25 variant of an enemy knockoff model.

Did anyone think Sheryl's actions may be not because of an attitude but because she knows (or has an idea of something going on) that the other characters in series dont know yet? For example lets say a ewounded dog appears and I care for it you would view me in good light based on me treating the dog with care and now lets say I have knowledge that a injured dog has rabies which you dont have so instead of treating the dog I simply walk into my hoouse get a gun and return and shhot the dog in the head without batting an eye. You would view me as cold and cruel but in reality I was doing the dog and others a favor and was steeling my heart for what had to be done. But then again i think this probably isnt the case and like has been said her character will get fleshed out and we will learn why she acts this way if its an attitude problem on her part or if it is due to how she is treated in a way we dont know yet that she acts that way.

Your right Basara comes off as too isolated and more interested in his ideals than anything. One member of the forum even drew a comparisson between the way he acts and Jesus Christ (in some aspects of his character) and they did so in a well thoughtout way, so I kinda see why he is like that. But that is still to me stretching it. But back on topic has anyone found a good scan of the image that he needs? ? Ok Whats up with the personal attack, anyway Kawamori or anyone else working on Macross has never said how the love triangle ends. If you take into account how Mylene acts with each person in the series this pic wouldn't be unusual. It also implies nothing as they clearly have their shoes on and a guitar is present in the frame. If you remember how Basara's room is setup the only way for two people in the room to be by his window is on the bed and they appears to be there cause of heat if you look at how he and Mylene are dressed. But that is also an assumption on my part as we can never know what the artist of the pic had in mind, but without official word even a pic showing Mylene and Gamlin kissing means nothing or her sleeping in his tent like in the series without word a drawing is a drawing.

With the re-release of the model though we may get a re-release of this as well. I also hope we see a re-release of the transformation non sap parts and the part set with the bits and other gun pod. Cause I want both.

I hope so too but if not I just hope they release it on Bluray and not DVD. Bluray uses the same region code in the US and Japan so the Movies and Games using it can run on either country's hardware. Which is a bonus to us importers if they make a PS3 Macross game.

Well Mylene was mentioned in the translation of the Frontier manga by ackem so we may see cameos or a mentioning of the Macross 7 cast in Frontier but as for a remake I would say no, things would be changed and it would add to confussion of the continuality of macross. But I would like to have a OVA or cameo in Frontier to explain who Mylene did choose.

No the file size is 6.95 mb you would have to burn it to a double layer dvd which is what it was originally on. A program like dvddecrypter will let you burn the iso image. Ok you twisted my arm LINK REMOVED please dont post this link on any other site. My connection wouldnt be able to do all the seeding then. My internet upgrade should be either friday or monday to better handle this.

Now if I can just find an easy way to add the .srt to the VOB then I will convert to an ISO and upload it as a torrent. Its a good thing I am upgrading my internet connection to max out my upload and have a 6-8 MB download speed compaired to what I have now. Most methods i have found only let me add the .srt to the video minus the original menu and chapter marks which I wont do.

Same place I got all the ISO files from the Macross 7 remaster but alas the VOB files for the remaster of DYRL is no longer available there. Edit: I am debating deleting the ISO and making a new one from the VOB and IFO file that will include the srt sub file found here http://macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?show...4267&st=280 that would make it an exact copy of the original remaster dvd with japanese menus but with English subs selectable.

Arent Zentraedi rumored to live longer than humans? I think that was hinted at in Macross 7 when Millia got sick. They seemed like a lot was still unknown about Zentraedi biology. After all that was the first time Millia ever got sick. It could be that in the micronization process since it converts the Zentraedi size to the human equivalent that it also does the same to their age. If Zentraedi do live longer than humans though Klein Klan is an adult in Zentraedi form the equivalent in human age may be a teenager. Plus the macronization and micronization process was originally developed for Zentraedi who after all were clones of previous Zentraedi which may tie into what I said above. We don’t know what the chamber would do to someone that developed naturally, we also don’t know if Klein Klan is a clone of a previous Zentraedi and !00% Zentraedi of if she is a half Zentraedi like Mylene Jenius , Klein Klan could also be 100% Zentraedi but born naturally from 100% Zentraedi parents. These things may influence the chamber process and thus her appearance changes. I do see where this could cause her dating problems though, everyone may think her boyfriend was a pedophile if they saw her micronized around him and not macronized and if they didn’t know better. That is assuming they can adapt the chamber to change those materials as it was originally adapted to change only Zentraedi biology. But the giant floating Tuna in Macross could mean it has that ability already or there was once a planet used for fleet supplies that had giant Tuna on it. tuna are big but not that big.
