I found this in a 2nd hand book/game/media/collectible store in the metro Atlanta area last week. It was cheap!

Game's out. Anyone pick it up? I grabbed it after work, but my PSP's battery ran down since last I played it. It's charging now while I entertain myself reading about Apple's presser today.

I just started playing it today. 5 missions in. As awesome as ACX was, this is even BETTER. The soundtrack is nothing short of epic. The best AC soundtrack by far, adds a lot to the game. God, why couldn't AC6 have been more like this

honestly, I don't want any more Macross if Kawamori is going to be writing/directing/doing anything more than design or being a bystander. Macross Zero, asides from the eyecandy was just plain bad and Frontier was even worse in terms of writing, story, direction, etc. I know this opinion is probably an unpopular one here.

I wouldn't mind seeing VF-X2 animated perhaps or something from in-between the main stories.

The I-Z translator for Rideback has been busy and on a trip in Japan, that's why no ep 4 and 5 from them yet.

I suddenly had a terrible vision of generic voice actors doing Hikaru and Minmey in a new Macross series that utterly fails to impress....

A good rip to 320cbr mp3 is just fine, especially on average equipment like 99% of us own. I run an emu 0404usb to my Grado SR-225s, and this ost in 320 sounds just fine. Obviously, the lossless one sounds better, but its not like night and day or anything. I don't know what sennheisers you have, but unless the answer is "HD595 or above", your Senns likely aren't awesome enough for you to be able to tell much of a difference.

the music will not be like this, if it is done by japanese. it is very holloywood movie like orchestra music, ranka about my star is surprising good in full version.

I have no freaking clue what ma2ha3 is going on about. American involvement, outsourced to polish orchaestra to make it cheaper, whatever.

The Warsaw Philharmonic has been asked to record many many many times by the anime industry. Ditto for the Czech Philharmonic. In fact, I think Kanno has worked several times with the Warsaw Philharmonic. I dont think there's any great American conspiracy here.

I just finished watching AIA-IZ's sub of the first episode. I think I'll wait for Shinsen to release their version. They do a WAY better job. But that's just my opinion. At least we won't see the "Brief-25" reference here.

For VH, I'd play "Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love" or "Running With the Devil." I'm also game for Van Hagar songs like "Poundcake" or "It's About Time."

As for Crue, it'll be "Shout at the Devil" or "Girls, Girls, Girls."

BTW, if the next GH has a cooperative mode, I'd like to have the option of rhythm guitar or bass.

Used to work for the most evil organization in the world, the US FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. In the Dept. of Transportation for a certain agency that I will not name due to our being slammed all over the news (or at least the NYT) for several, uhm, "incidents". If you are going to watch FMP TSR, make sure you get Mithril's version. They are a team of experienced subbers from respectable fansub groups, and they've taken more care to get all of the military terms right than the other groups have.
