If the box has double tape, the item can be new and the box opened by customs or Bandai. I think the buyer will win the case.

The listing doesn’t describe MISB, unopened, brand new, etc. It is categorized as new but that could mean new in an opened box. The picture looks like it was taken from another seller’s listing. The buyer can claim that the item was not as described, opened, and damaged.

All of the HMR releases so far looking good next to each other.

No problem. Looks good. Cool! Yes those are all of the official releases. The only one not included was the Missile Effects. Some have mods like painted visors and swapped and painted armor for Max and Milia, painted chest for Messer, and shoulder covers for VF-1S Hikaru and VF-1S Roy. I’ll do an updated pic with all of my multiples and customs soon. Here are some older pics of just a few that I enjoyed making. It’s a nice 3 Pack. Yeah the Marvel Universe and X-Men cards were cool to have growing up. I got a loose set and sealed boxes of the first series of each a long while back. My loose set of X-Men cards are still in sheet protectors in a 3-ring folder.
