    @Jenius.. I too prefer the Bandai canard angle! As Omicron put it, looks more realistic as per real world fighter jets.

    I would be happy with a 1/3000 SDF-1 re-issue.. Im sure we won't be seeing any new molds for something we don't already have unless its another renewal of a previous release.

    Seeing how well they did the VF-19 and going against what I thought of another VF-1 toy but it would certainly be very interesting to see what they would come up with if they did so. But I doubt that will happen anytime soon. I think it's going to be more likely a color variant of some sort and nothing out of the ordinary. I'll take anything anyways!

    My place has the A/C running a good 50% of the time (running mostly dehumidifier mode) in an effort to keep moisture levels under control and I still have half a dozen or so moisture collectors in the wardrobe where all the boxes are stored and the collectors fill up and need replacing every 2 to 3 months! We've had a load more rain this year too which hasn't helped either.. So far so good as all the boxes don't show any signs of moisture damage. Storing stuff in an outdoor shed wouldn't be a good idea either unless you managed to completely water and air seal it with a A/C running. With my shed I went through and sealed it up the best I could but I still get condensation on my bike and stuff especially when its very cold and raining.

    Shame on you Americans for retiring one of the greatest fighter jets of all time.. there was a lot of life left in those gorgeous birds! shame. May the F-14 rest in peace.

    great video Actar! following all the steps exactly but my boosters still don't fit on securely.. Well they do fit but the slightest bump or knock and one side pops off in an instant. Gave it a go anyways and I thank you for you advice but I still chose to leave off the leg covers and shoulder bits..

    yep sadly there is little to no options for storing Bandai DX boxes other than the plainly obvious.. There is no way im throwing any boxes away. Not that I will ever sell off any of my stuff but in the event of transportation to new premises then they must be boxed up for safety. Im definitely going to trial folding and stacking away some of the Yamato Arcadia boxes and see how that goes.

    It looks as if they can slot into one another? If so thats brilliant! You could then stack all the same types together, VF1 for example and flatten all the boxes. So much space saving to be had! =o You'd just have to bag all the left over parts and missles n stuff.. easy enuf tho!
