It feels great seeing packaging as it sells the figures, gives them that little extra.

Totally agree with this and your previous post. It's the magic you get from walking into a toy store and seeing that magic box, multiplied in a row. I have my figures MIB, others on display as I don't have enough room to put everything out, so I am saving them for later when I can move to a bigger place. Also, as others have said, I keep some spare in case the transforming figures get scratched and/or have engineering problems.

It's a local shop. They don't do online unfortunately. If you need a VF-31S I can preorder one for the same price as mine I managed to snag a MB Astraea Type-F there also, but the PO window was like one hour. A bit manic. The VF-31S had 0 preorders when I went today.

Preordered one for around $218, which is HKD1680. Not the cheapest but I asked the shop and they said it's the first non-tamashii exclusive Valkyrie they've had for preorder. Looks like there's gonna be plentiful stock. Usually they only sell what they get on release day, so just a heads-up for anyone not able to secure one on the first day.

I think there will be plenty. I saw a preorder locally and they usually never do preorders. Probably gonna grab one today.

Thanks for showing me the kairos with armour guys. I think I'm gonna get the whole dang squadron after seeing chuck get armour too. Bandai really know how to get us! Maybe they will announce armour for the kairos too, and then retroactively apply it to the other units so we spend more $$$$$ haha. Imagine Mirage's one heavily armoured

Yeah it's kinda a bit of everything- but I definitely had the cabinet display in mind, but overall looks is fine too. Koenig Monster? If so bravo I completely forgot about that beast!

Cannot wait for Arad's one! The mixing of black and blue really does it for me, and I don't mind the forward swept wings because of it. Arad's scheme does something similar and the battroid head is pretty sweet too. Wish Bandai would pop a new SV-262 for preorder to compliment the hero valks.

Yeah and we are all suckers for it! Bandai times everything pretty well, so here's hoping one of the first announcements is Arad's.

I was in a similar pickle. Once I had the option of snagging it without too much hassle, it grew on me. Will pick it up tomorrow! I guess it's just the age old hassle vs reward for some of these items. If it required too many loopholes I'm sure we'd have lost a lot of enthusiasm for it.

The proportions are obviously off, and it seems like the arms are basically too large for the body, and to solve it they just need to shrink it about 10%, and also what's been mentioned about the skirt armour. Or maybe we just wait for clearer pics since this, again mentioned, isn't the best way to take a gander at it. Still disappointing though. -
Looks like Arad's unit isn't far behind. Hopefully we will see it sooner rather than later. Armoured looks great from the silhouette. Can't get enough of those.
