yeah, you have months after you're born to be exposed to other languages. If you were, then your brain learns to associate those sounds with language and your brain maps accordingly but if you're not, your brain just doesn't get wired for it. One of the reasons it's hard for most people to pick up a new language.

uhm... that's a huge generalization. Lets just all remember that there is one important european country that has laws in effect that are designed to protect their language from foreign influence and that using too many american words in things like magazines can result in fines... Anyways, I've noticed that many people change the way they pronounce words to fit the language they're speaking. I have several japanese speaking friends, who when speaking to english speakers and pronounce words like "katana" and "akira" in the stereotypical american way: KAY-tana or ah-kee-rah. Similarly, when I speak korean and useenglish words, I say those words with a korean accent.

yeah, it's hard to get an accurate color read on the yf-21 because most of the time you see the gunpods or FAST packs, the shots are at night and with gun/missile fire going off around it.

I think in the anime they're a darker shade of grey than what we see here though. *shrug*

Maybe for animation purposes? Given the amount of moves and transitions between those moves, 3D animation was easier to make it cohesive and seemless?

There's the odd chance you'll get the skulls printed a bit crooked on the tail fins, but no other issues with the 1/48. The fit of all the parts is great, joints are nice and tight, all three modes have nice locks so it's pretty sturdy. Plus the yamato 1/48 head sculpt has to be the best looking one there is. I don't think you can go wrong with it. Besides, it just looks so bad ass with the strike/FAST pack add-on.

that's the one to get. The gunpod isn't crooked. The fast packs are kind of pain to mount in fighter mode. Makes the battroid look all beefy and badass though.

I had stuttering as well on some scenes, like during the cylon attack on the pegasus at dock, it would stop a beat and audio would cut out.

are you sure? most of the shots make those triangles pretty defined and every coloring I've seen of it has them red.

yeah, I noticed that too, but there is still time for hope... this looks like it's hand painted so hopefully the production model has it.

question... so I was watching some divx movies using the video player and I was streaming these from my PC, when I noticed the newer files weren't being displayed. i checked my pc and the files aren't being used by any other program and they run just fin from the PC... i rebooted both the 360 and the PC and the 360 still can't see the files. So I transferred the files to a USB memory stick and the 360 can recognize the files just fine off of that but still can't see them off the network... any ideas? NVM... figured it out, it was a permissions error.
