wow, never heard of that happening before, but then again I never thought about taping anything there. I think they do that to protect their vendors as alot, if not all, sell some sort of bootleg item. So I can see where they are coming from. Anyway, sorry if that left a bad impression about frank and sons. It's not really that bad! I've never heard of that happening before either, but next time I'm there I'll ask some of the guys why that's the case. Hope that didn't leave too much of a bad taste in your mouth and you at least got to do some fine shopping. F&S is pretty cool if you think about it. A wide variety of dealers everywhere every wednesday and saturday, with free parking and free admission. How can you beat that?! if they also gave everything away for free, i think that would beat that

i agree on the 350z part, I would prefer it in SILVER

it yamato was as big as bandai or takara then i think we would be able to get quality products much faster and cheaper. but because they are small, development time is slow and the cost is higher to produce these toys. I think Takara has achieved a great task by producing the BT's and showing how good transformers could be. They basically follow the same rules as yamato, (preset car design, and trying to follow G1 anime designs)

dude a similar thing happened to my house except they tried to rob it when my brother was home with his friend. The stupid fool cut his hand on the glass and continued to try to rob the place bleeding..... My bro busted out the bat and pinned him down til the cops came. It was real fun from what i hear. The robber was begging for my bro to stop chocking him with the bat, LOL.

No need to get down, the first shippment will be in soon (well thats if you pre-ordered with a place that ordered a lot, heheh) I think they are making tweaks to the Alpha for the second release and they have to produce and ship all them state side...I know Nov and Dec is kinda late, but if it means a combining Alpha+Beta, it would be worth it right?

oooooh, I love the over-sized pretty boxes! Actually, I think Yamato has been getting much better with their box sizes recently. While it's true that the 1/60 VT-1 & VE-1 boxes were ridiculously oversized, the Q-rau box was not too big given the size of the toy IMO. I also think that the 1/48 VF-1J Super Hikaru/Max/Milia boxes were quite reasonable given the number of bits packed inside. The 1/60 GBP and GBP w/VF-J were not too big either. And the new display stand box is very compact. Graham not sure on the 1/48 w/FP size boxes, but the 1/60 GBP stuff were pretty good on size

Does this means that the one I have on preorder since april will get here 'till october?! Toynami is sold out of the first wave, that doesn't mean the vendors that bought them are. I would assume the time your order comes in would depend on when your supplier ordered the MPC Alpha's from toynami, and if they tried to put in the order now, then you would be screwed
