How does that work..? If the US dollar is weaker, wouldn't the US price be higher? the dollar is stronger, heheh 1 dollar = 70 cents AU

i think they were 165, but i haven't checked the prices on those suckers for a long time now. i know that tis changed their prices on the normal 1/48's.... Roy VF-1s is now like 150 good luck and happy hunting

Yeah, we hear stories all the time of parents just giving away precious collectibles of their kids. LOL - It would be funny if the brother was a member on these boards and posted about some jackass boyfriend that made off with all his toys. Seriously, cool find and awesome story but you really need to talk to the actually owner and not anyone else. i was totally thinking the same thing

this is too true~!!! (well, actually i bought a lot of 1/48's first and ran out of yamato stuff to buy so then i picked up the 1/60s, but thats only cuz i wanted them all)

I think most of the people that bash on MPC's only bought the first 1. I admit that vol 1 (Rick Hunter) isn't that great with its day glow white and its cheap plastic feel, but they got better as they moved on. I think the last one is the best. (Vol 6) The first MPC i got was VOL 6 (Jack) and i didn't see that many problems with it. Sure the magnet fast packs dont fit on that great, but either does my 1/60 fast pack. (1/60 fast pack is kinda crappy too, and it doesn't work on all 1/60's, whats up with that? ) The MPC's may be a little loose, but the 1/60s get floppy over time IMHO they both are kinda lacking....(though not enough to stop me from buying a set of each anyways ) though i like MPC's over 1/60's thats just a personal pref, as pop off leg action really pisses me off.... if you want to add a new valk to your collection, 1/48 is the way to go

chase figures are the limited hard to find figures in each series. as an example, worlds smallest transformers only had 1 chase figure per master case. (master case is 40 individual toys) I dont know how rare the macross chase figures are but i know that they are not in every box. hope that helps
