    Abit last minute....but for this weekend Saturday, 7th February 2009 will be the date when the Super Dimensional Fortress: Macross, will launch from South Ataria Island. To commemorate this event, Macross Fans of Malaysia will be organising a small informal gathering between Malaysian Macross fans as a get-together session. No activities are planned so we'll just play by ear and have a chillax session. Please bring any Macross memorabilia/merchandise you wish to show/share if you have any. Date: 7th February 2009 Time: 12:30pm Venue: Zuup Soup Bar, LG 223, Lower Ground Floor, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Lebuh Bandar Utama, Kuala Lumpur Dress Code: Anything you want....we won't stop you if you cosplay.     Watched Kara No Kyokai 5, 2 hours movie. Movie could've been shorter if it didn't skip all over the place so much. If you thought Knk series' timeskips was annoying, then what would you think if the whole 2 hours of ep5 was timeskips? I don't find any reason why the narrative should be done this way. I'm sure the book wasn't this way either. Was it probably just to be pretentious and to be "in-theme" with the whole rassen philosophy or perhaps to depict insanity? Story would've been better if it was linear.

    I wonder do terminator endo toys sell much though. As a kid, i was really afraid of the endoskeletons and wouldn't even dream of buying the toys (if they had any). I wonder if these toys will be sold well to kids.

    It was mentioned in the earlier episodes that Aeolia grew soft halfway into the plan....and had attachments with the people that initiated the 1st phase of his plans, hence stuff that wasn't uploaded into VEDA like the Twin Drive system and TRANS-AM. Otherwise, A-LAWS and Innovators were part of his orginal (cold hearted) plan to colonise the galaxy.

    Really fun anime this....manga is full of echi as well. i wonder about the topic title though....shock american parents? I would think they'd be so desensitised about japan stuff by now.

    Ep 3, Rin shows her stuff..... ....she's a Newtype Rideback rider!! The political drama is slowly surfacing.....and if not abit predictable, we already know who the Japanese rideback hero during the war is......

    PC crashy cuz 101 other apps that can mess with the game.....like ffdshow. PS3 crashy cuz the code was developed on PC and for the PC and 360 versions.....and the PS3 was a "troublesome" port. Apparently no more DLCs will be released for PS3 version.

    Nothing beyond hinting and rumours now. KyoAni is still doing Clannad After Story and another Full MEtal Panic so the next Haruhi anime looks pretty far away. There were even rumours that they might remake it.

    Watched it without prior knowledge to the 1s 2 series....since i heard it wasn't that great when they were released. Part 3 was pretty ok actually. Its very Romeo & Juliet story and alot of getting in and out of the castle but otherwise pretty cool.

    The game hangs after few mins of play after I patched it and installed Anchorage. The hangs are frequent right after i enter the Outcast Outpost and into the Anchorage VR Sim. Not sure what's causing it.

    And finally found out the problem with my pyshx. It has to do with Mass Effect.....details here. http://forums.electronicarts.co.uk/mirrors...d-solution.html solution, uninstall psyhx and reinstall it, and don't touch Mass Effect until you are borred with Mirror's Edge.

    Pretty awesome game actually and very different from the standard fare. Feels like those action movies where you're the lone hero trying to outrun overwhelming foes and they're all trying to shoot at you. Pretty exilarating. Apart from psyhx not working for me ....the game is great on PC. No problems for me. This is an EA game and IIRC they usually design the game/engine for the PC first and port to other platforms from there.

    Started playing Mirror's Edge on PC. Really awesome game. I don't know if anyone successfully played the game with PSYHX on though.....my machine always lags when glass breaks so i just turned it off. Pity really since there are alot of added eye candy with the psyhx on.
