  1. Mine shipped but I chose SAL Registered this since I'm not in much of a hurry to get this.
  2. Just received a payment request from NY for the armor parts
  3. Really awesome pics MacrossJunkie! I'm assuming you're using a DSLR. What settings are you using if you don't mind me asking?
  4. They probably stopped selling to outside of Japan. They did the same thing with the SOC Danguard A.
  5. The head also pops off the the neck piece just like the V.1 to allow a little room when the chest goes over the nose cone.
  6. I don't think it's supposed to but based on what I've and others have experienced, it's a common problem. Although nothing a little clear nail polish cant fix.
  7. Looks like its still in customs. Don't worry, you'll get it
  8. Sold out now. Good thing though since I really didn't know what I was going to do with a second set of armor since I only have 1 Ozma. Still, it's a steal at that price.
  9. I couldn't agree with you more but all that I'm saying is that it looks like the increased the size of the chest and head from 1 to 1.25 without changing the design. Also the legs are longer only because they extend farther than the V.1's in both the knee and ankle areas.
  10. They LOOK identical but trust me bro, they're not once placed side by side.
  11. Lol! Your description made me laugh. To tell the truth, I didn't like the VF-27 when I first saw it on MacF. I didn't like its feet. Only after watching a few more episodes did it grow on me.
  12. Now that I've compared the two, I don't think they share any parts. The chest is bigger, the head is bigger, the legs a bit longer and the shoulder pauldrons are a bit smaller.
  13. Well, looks like the only super parts from the V.2 that can attach to the V.1 are the leg parts. Everything else is either a different size or needs holes/correct hole placement to fit.
  14. There's a metal tab? Haven't noticed it either. Gotta check that at as well after I get off work tomorrow morning.
  15. I found that you have to push the "C" hook hard into the crotch in order to lock the gun in place. It held pretty sturdy even without the arm attachment although that piece makes sure that the gun is straight underneath the valk.
  16. Thanks for checking bro. I had a long night last night at work and just woke up unfortunately and wasn't able to try on the super parts on the v1 yet. I'm wondering if the parts can just clip on even without utilizing the holes. And of course I gotta get ready to go to work again. =( Wasn't being a kid much simpler?
  17. You're right. I forgot about the fold booster. I'll try it out later and post some pics if it works. =)
  18. Agreed. Good question. I'll try fitting the leg, shoulder and arm parts but I think the backpack will be a problem because I don't think the v.1 has holes on its back. Haven't really done a side by side comparison yet.
  19. Wow. It's weird seeing an "add to cart" button underneath a MacF Valk in HS. =)
  20. Nice! I already have the Takara Soundwave and 5 cassettes but I wanted the Hasbro one for the yellow eyes and of course the price. He was all sold out at SDCC. My second VF-25F from HLJ came in the same time my VF-27 did. Not sure if I should open it up to check for QC issues.
  21. Yeah. Kind of a PITA though huh? Just noticed that I forgot to put the arm parts on in my pics. =P
