    Well, I forgot that today is a weekend, and so many school boys and girls were in line... So apparently different from the Mikimoto-san's autograph session. The day the numbered tickets were distributed was a weekday... So that not so many guys were there. I should have got up much earlier and come here at least 2 hours before... Hmmmmmmm.

    I arrived in front of Shinjuku Marui One. Marutou-san's autograph and drawing session is held today. He is the Chief animation director of Macross F. Only 50 people can have his autograph with live-drawing picture. But about 80 people have already been waiting. Hmmmmmm. And no westerners here...

    Ah, The titles of those songs are so similar. And both songs were released from the Victor's labels; Victor Musical Industries (now Victor Entertainment) and Flying Dog (the anime division of Victor Entertainment). But "Pink Typhoon" itself was not the original, because it was the cover song of Village People's famous "In the Navy." Hmm. Village People... ┌(┌^o^)┐ホモォ... ウホッ！ アッー！ Cover songs... I think this is not so off-topic... You know, Seikan Hikou's guitar riff resembles that of "Smoke on the Water's" by Deep Purple. http://youtu.be/2WX_4FNoto4 I heard the reason is that the title "Seikan Hikou", in English "Interstellar Flight," came from the another song called "Space Truckin'" by the same band. Takashi Matsumoto, a very famous lyric writer, might have dedicated it to Deep Purple.

    To be candid, I am one Japanese anime fan who don't like the piracy, but as for the Macross series, I regard them as "the exception." The reasons? A: Its fans respect the original. I thought the westerners have no esteem toward the eastern culture, so they think they can do what they want to do before. Because Robotech was like that. But now I know it is not correct. Even the Macross fans argued with the enemy; Robotech guys. I welcome it so badly. B: The Macross fans are the victims of that shitty contract between Harmony Gold and Tatsunoko. That Japanese out-of-date anime company ruins many things about Macross. So many fans here blame HG, but it is Tatsunoko to be blamed. In 60s and 70s, the company was so great. They made Speed Racer, Gachaman (G-force), Inakappe Taisho, and so on. But after the founder has gone, it faded away so fast. To get money so easily, they made f**king contract with HG. They even tried to stop Big West and Kawamori's making the Macross series insisting on the copyright of SDF Macross in Japan. It became a court case in early 2000s. In the end, Big West/ Kawamori's side won. So that Frontier could be made. From those reasons, I can't celebrate Tastunoko's 50th Anniversary this year at all. C: What is the theme of Macross? 2 opposite side have come to understand each other through the culture. If "Macross" itself were that kind of culuture, and people in the other countries could understand each other through it, it would be so Macross-like. By the way, the piracy will be more difficult in Japan soon. From the next October 1st, as for the illegal downloading, the penalties are imposed in Japan. Not to speak of the uploading. And the most important thing is Japan seems to be the first country ratifies ACTA. That treaty has already passed by the House of Councillors.

    Oh, thanks for your reply. Many Japanese fans hate fansubbers, but they have the ability of using Japanese and the other languages. Hmm. 銀河英雄伝, hm. I sometimes feel like watching the series, but so many episodes, and need so long time... I know both it and Five Star Stories because I read about them on the Newtype mag 20 years ago when Sailor Moon R was just airing. Kadokawa had aggressively pushed them. The first one, Kouichi Yamadera A.K.A. Yama-chan was hand-clapping. No need to explain who he is, right? The second one, Sakai-san and Kosakai-san (the presenters) were so young. lol And I found Seiko Matsuda's song name in this movie. Before her marriage, so no Sayaka Kanda then. MMD works.     OOOOh, I found otaking77077's comment for this movie. He is the man who made that animated Star Wars movie including the Itano circus-like missile spam scene everyone was talking about... And his comment　was written in good Japanese and English. I wonder who he is. Is he a member of MW? He knows Macross 7 very well according to his comment. Here is his comment below.     Those bastards are the only disgusting in Sapporo...I was stalked by a wacko for 300 meters or so 20 years ago. So scared. The night view of Sapporo always reminds me of the Gamera 2 movie.     I watched Tiger & Bunny the movie at Makuhari. It was not just a digest, and I was having fun. Politely made, especially other hiroes' activities other than Kotetsu and Barnaby. The title of this movie is "Tiger & Bunny the Beginning" and the sequel is "Tiger & Bunny the Rising." lol "Batman Begins", "The Dark Knight", and "The Dark Knight Rises." Sunrise staffs are apparently aware of the Batman movies. Barnaby's experience of childhood was almost the same as that of Bruce Wayne's.     At a glance of the trailer, FB7 is based on MF the movie version. Ranka is wearing the uniform of St. Mary's School and never transfer to Mihoshi. And still no Alto? Hmm. We have to wait for Big West's uploading the trailer.

The part 2 will not be aired "by convenience." Hmm, because of the copyright or something like that, I guess. It is, in Japan, so complicated and its problems attributed to the Internet have not been solved in some parts yet. Nakajima-san and Chisuga -san may sing in the second part of the show. When it comes to the music distribution from the Internet, the copyright becomes more complicated. Hmm. Anyway, this one is not from the Bandai Channel, so you may be able to watch it. I hope the web site would not restrict the access from overseas according to the foreign IP addresses. Now, another programs are on air, so try to watch them if you want to in advance. The result would be a judgment material if you can watch the Macross program or not on the day. 11 am, Sep 22 in Tokyo is 10 pm, Sep 21 in New York, 7pm, Sep 21 in Los Angels, 4 am, Sep 22 in Paris.

    In 80s, many camera guys took the photos of idols and others in the events and sold them without their permission. Those ones were sold everywhere in Harajuku and the other places the young gathered. So, many entertainment firms got angry and crushed the shops. Sadly not only did that, they have come to kick the cameras out.

    Now I am watching SD Seminar. Macross Plus Ep. 1 & 2. Is the movie quality so good, isn't it? I loled when the Hatsune Miku commercial movie of her live concert in Taiwan appeared just before the Sharon Apple's concert scene on Tokyo MX TV.
