It's just that the reaction missiles scream Macross so much more so than any others. I wonder if the ones from Ozma armor pack would fit.

I thought the 171 armor set only came with 2 missiles? So I'll need two sets to replicate that setup? Ouch. THanks.

I applaud you for having the real estate to display them all! I love the Poisedon, but not so much the Liger. If I get Poisedon, I'd be too tempted to get the whole set, and I am running out of storage space! So I'm sticking with just Dragon! It's soo much better than the mazingers and the Getter 1. I took my Getter 1 out last night and it frustrates me to no end! Besides, display space is reserved for Macross. -
I got the VF-171 CF fast pack many years ago when it came out but never opened it. It's been long enough that I don't even remember what's in it. I just looked it up from anymoon.com and saw that the reaction missles are indeed large. So where are the missiles in the above image from? Ozma's armor pack?

There is also the fact that Sentinel is based in Hong Kong. Staffing in Hong Kong would generally be a lot lower than in Japan, plus there is the added bonus of being in proximity to China where the manufacturing facilities are located. So the general overhead for Sentinel would be lower to begin with. Combined with run volumes speculations as discussed above, Sentinel was able to price the ride armor lower. One of Saburo's photo had a 25 with tornado pack on. Seeing it motivated me to finally open up my tornado pack after too many months. So thanks Saburo! I had fun putting it together tonight. -

AE has been more than solid for me on new releases/preorders. Packaging has been fine too. I have been their customer for 9+ years and have never had a problem with pre-orders. It's the used "ONLY ONE" item that you should be weary of. I'm sure AE do not deliberately sell substandard used toys, but their source of used toys is definitely not the best. I'm 4/4 when it comes to having issues with their used toys, AE took care of 2/4, and I was able to fix the other 2 myself and didn't bother contacting AE, though this is a few years ago.

Has anyone else bought through Zen Market before? I've never heard of them before today. Buyee's service doesn't extend to Arcadia. WIth Zen Market, don't forget the payment gateway fees, from the fee summary page: Are there any payment gateway fees? Payment gateway fees depend on the payment method you choose. - For payments made by credit cards, and debit cards (via Stripe) the processing fee is 3.35% of the payment amount. - The Alipay processing fee is - 3%. - When paying via an international bank transfer (SWIFT wire transfer), JPY 2,000 is charged by our bank and there will probably be additional fees charged by your bank or the intermediate bank. These fees are not disclosed, therefore, it’s not estimated beforehand. So add 3% or 3.35% on top of total.

Actually, i believe it's free domestic shipping from Arcadia. THis is what it says when you add to cart from Arcadia website: カゴの中の商品の合計金額は「53,784円」です。 現在、「送料無料」です！！ That means the 53,784 is the entire cost. Free shipping now. Not sure if the free shipping part will be removed later though.

The new payment scheme is being rolled out in regions. I know at least the Middle East customers are on the new payment system. I'm in USA and haven't noticed any changes.

I have two photobucket accounts, and only the one where I've used more frequently (with more pics and links to it) had issue (the issue being that on "3rd party" site like MW I get the "please update your account...." message instead of my pictures). The pictures from my other account are showing fine on MW. All pictures can be viewed and downloaded no problem if you go to photobucket to view them. Based on that I assume it means if you have more than X pictures being linked to 3rd party sites, then you'll be asked to pay the $399 annual fee; the 3rd party linking is free until you hit the threshold.

Lol of course. Read your previous post hours ago and didn't see this until I've posted the above reply. The setup looks great and is indeed huge! Looks like some photoshopping was involved to add the sky background. What about the overhead wires?

Fantastic work! I love it. Mind sharing how the roads and sidewalks are done? Also do you have a background in there or is your diorama actually huge? I have a hard time distinguishing where it ends! The overhead power lines (if real and not background) really makes it convincing. If you don't mind sharing an overview of your setup that would be great. I have a temporary rail layout in N scale using similar buildings, and also did some quick phone pics with HMR in it posted in the strike a pose thread. Nothing quite as fancy as yours!
