Damn, looks like it's time to get ready for pre-order shenanigans..

That would be possible with 3 notches on the insert. Once you lay it in you would twist it to lock it in to position and it would also center the design. Maybe I am bad at explaining this idea lol. The base would actually be 2 pieces I guess, then the arm would still go through the slit in the base to lock in after you attach whichever base design you want installed in to the base.

Just an idea, Maybe the base can be the same on the Yamarcadia/Bandai DX. Not sure if it's possible, but you could design the top of the base to allow for a thin lock in style top plate that you lay on and rotate to lock. That way you can choose to display it with either the UN Spacy Kite/SMS/NUNS logo. This would also allow the user to not use the original bandai base if you don't want to. I hate the foot print on the bandai base because the back end is kinda long. Posted an idea in the other thread did not realize there were 2 of these threads.. Would be nice to merge them. Damn Yeti, this keeps getting better and better. I was mesmerized when I saw the initial pics in the YF-19 thread. I hope you can find a way to mass produce these at an acceptable cost. I could go broke with the amount of valks I have that need stands lol.

2x from HLJ, I only opened 1 and it's still in fighter mode and appears fine so far. The other was examined through the window and so far looks fine too. The OP should create a poll...

Mine were not pushed all the way down. They are pretty damn flush after I put them in proper position.

OK I got both of mine, HLJ shipped it in the original cases that Arcadia shipped them out in. So far from inspecting them through the box window the wings look intact. I do notice though that the 2 doors around the head do look like they may not sit flush, but I would have to touch them to be able to tell. One looks like it may have a splotch of paint or maybe a piece debris on the wing, will check it out when I get a chance to open one. I missed delivery on my additional fold booster I got today, and my wife could not get it because the truck was back yet and I refuse to take the one off of my Max 22S.

Sorry that Mommar and Kicker are having such a difficult time with Amiami. I dropped them a long time ago and switched all my orders away from them. I did try to get some of the DX valks but luckily I was not fast enough to check out lol. (tempted by the cheap price) When Amiami treated me like crap through e-mail asking if the stripe on the VF-17D combo set was white or blue because the photos looked white. I asked if they could ask the mfg to verify that the stand alone and the combo sets were identically light blue. I stated to them if it was indeed white I would like to switch my order to the standalone VF-17D and Super parts (separates), they responded very angry. They actually would have made a bit more if I went with the separates. They also never sent Yamato an e-mail for me asking about it. I had 2x on order and decided to just let it ride and got them and they were blue. I did not bother to e-mail them about the fact that one of the cockpit hinges was glued causing breakage because they had that stupid yellow note in the box stating they can't help if you live outside Japan. My wife left a bit ago to pick up my package from the post office, I will report if I find anything unusual.

Yeah they used to pack in little yellow slips that basically said "oh so sorry" They will help customers in Japan with replacement parts and the like, if you have a friend over there I would try to use them. HLJ is actually really good about it if you buy from there, and live outside of Japan.

Thanks for the answer Jason! You dirty dawg I wanted soooo bad to stay home for my delivery today. I really should have shipped it to work, as my wife is working now and can't hang out for my deliveries anymore. My son was coming home from school and saw the mailman peel off too. Ouch man, that sucks big time. I had a critical diecast part fail on first transformation on one of my VF-4's. when I pulled the arm down during transformation I was being super gentle and next thing you know I had a arm in the other hand. I could not get it taken care of through NY as Yamato closed it's doors. I get antsy when I read stuff like this too, I hope it all gets taken care of for Mommar. Third party transformers are ones made by other manufacturers, not Takara/Tommy/Hasbro.

Anyone try the original mounting parts for the fold booster? I wonder if they work still. I have one displayed in a case right now on my Max 22S and can't be assed to take it out. I ordered another Fold booster set the other day and it won't show up for maybe another couple of days. I am still waiting on my YF-19's too. They seemed to clear customs a bit slower this time around.

It looks like Arcadia got a bit lazy on the little booster/thrust bell nozzles on the leg super parts. On the old one they painted them silver. Not really a big deal, but they looked better with the silver paint applied. Overall though this thing is leaps and bounds above the old 19 especially in battroid mode.

I guess I lied in an earlier post stating " I only bought 1 YF-25". I just looked at my NY account and forgot that I got in to the first round of pre orders for it. I guess I will have it in fighter/battroid modes for display.

That's it now! I am shipping back my pre-orders Yeah the old pics did make it look like it was highly tinted, guess I'll have to see what it looks like in hand. I also thought the gun pod was going to be a more olive like color also, but whatevs.

I am surprised they are not doing a G reissue from what I can tell so far. I thought someone had said Bandai were releasing the F and the G.
