  1. Sadder than that: what about if Mr.K, as Arcadia's Project Developer, feels extremely ashamed about this fiasco and, in a very Japanese way, leaves his job, commits Sepuku or something of the sort? That'd mean the end of Macross related toys for Arcadia
  2. Already payed for mine. I've never owned the Yamato one so I'm really looking forward to adding this one to my Macross collection.
  3. Oh, I see... Thanks @no3Ljm
  4. What are those news, if I can ask?
  5. I love it! And it's mine already...
  6. Give the credits to @wmkjr!
  7. Well, differences are kind of subtle but I like the new proportion better. Colour changes aren't too bad either. Really looking forward to grabbing one of these!!!
  8. Cool. Where does it come from, Shukenzero?
  9. It's a completely new mold and that's why they are testing tolerances. Proportions were already fine for the original version, that won't change a lot.
  10. I love what I see, even the red one I can take it.
  11. What's next from Bandai? I hope re-releases of almost everything, specially their DX lines...
  12. Reeeeeally looking forward to having this new bird!

@no3Ljm: LOL about the 'irritating' missiles! Of course I ment some for the wings... Agreed about the shoulders.
  16. NY shows the Japanese time:

I agree with you about the colour scheme change, but I'd really appreciate rotating shoulders/thrusters, a gun and probably some missiles...

Well, you may be right. I love the design but at the same time I don't think it's innovative.

Actually, I'm not really impressed about it. IMO this is no more than a scaled down Yamarcadia (which is actually what amazes me), sharing with it design, proportions and engineering, so kudos to Mr.K or T-REX in any case On the other side, the 1/60 version had some design shortcomings like the short arms and the inability to rotate the shoulders, both of which have not been addressed at all by Bandai... Please don't misunderstand me, I really love this new iteration, but there is nothing new here but the scale and the much more iconic (and lovable for some of us) paint scheme.
  20. Ouch! I'm sorry to see that, UN Spacy! I've always distrusted the quality of the plastics Bandai were using till some years ago, I hope now I've always been wrong and this is just an isolated case...
