  1. That's a tank! Nice pose.
  2. You don't need to deploy the "harpoons" if you don't like them
  3. Well, actually, it kind of makes sense: the stand attachment is placed in the only place that can hold the valk in both fighter and gerwalk mode. That used to be Yamato's common practice. It's a shame they didn't find another solution for this particular model.
  4. Those look really great!
  5. Are the launch arm grabbers of any use? Don't they help to hold the valk?
  6. Who's Rick, BTW?
  7. Obviously not true nor possible for Arcadia.
  8. Exactly. And we will even be grateful
  9. I'm sorry to say this thread isn't fun enough without a poll.

And don't forget to have a look on this: http://www1.cablenet.ne.jp/shima-m/macros1.htm

There are some other differences apart from the wings: nose sensors; the back of the lower legs; ventral fin shape; smaller shield and bigger vertical stabilizers. This kit also have a Howard GU-15 gun pod.

Yeah, it looks great. I remember having seen this a few years ago including some pics of the step-by-step.
  13. As much as possible.
  14. You can change the shipping address, don't worry. Go to the "History and details of your orders", click on "Details" and ask them to change the address on the message board. Use their FB page too just in case.
  15. Not necessarily, but if it's the 30th anniversary of SDFM there's some logic in it. Next year's the 20th anniversary of M+ and we're having the YF-19. By 2017 -the 30th anniversary of FB2012- you may have your VF-4
  16. The VF-1J 30th Anniversary wasn't made-to-order.
  17. Even though the new Arcadia white looks great I've always preferred the old Yamato off white and it's probably because of this: Never mind, I bought the new ones anyway
  18. That's one of the SP pieces as shown here: That's also one of the pieces that need further revision. I currently fits extremely tight. If they're anything like the VF-19KAI ones I wouldn't be worried. They're pretty strong but If you still don't feel comfortable enough when manhandling your valk with them on you can just temporarily take them away. Unfortunately, it's been stated that this valk isn't including a stand.
  19. The Yamato DYRL VF-1A Mass production with option parts is still available at HKCOLLECTIBLES: http://www.hkcollectibles.com/macross-robotech/7119-vf-1a-movie-with-optional-parts-30th-anniversary.html;
  20. Colour test comes next. So no, those aren't the actual colours, including the canopy.
  21. My pleasure! So, what do you think guys? Apparently everything fits right, only a few pieces to be revised. And while not actually canon, I think I kind of prefer this colour.
  22. Sir, yes Sir! And done.
  23. Some new little pics: Source: http://arcadia.ac/yf19/diary/03/index.php
  24. That sounds like a sensible wish.
  25. I completely agree about how terrible those Transformers toys look Wings are always a problem, but I still prefer the way the wings of the VF-1/11/17 fold to how the wings of the VF-4/22/25/29 do. Not sure about the VF-19's ones though.
