No....that pic looks like from a model kit magazine like Hobby Japan...It could also be from one of the Macross Model Kit books released, but off the top of my head I do not recall it being in one of them....the most likely would be the Macross Delta modelling book that was released a few years ago.....if I can find the book I can check, but like I said, I do not remember seeing it in that book Pics are from Hobby Japan October 2017 issue...a custom kit...not sure what the new magazine is that is being shown in the pic you posted

I recall that the initial order of toys was "damaged" and were not shipped.....not sure how that may have affected the subsequent release....in either case, it was a "boutique" type toy and company, so probably the quantity produced was close to what had been pre-ordered...not leaving much available for the secondary market....there are several online shops that have them on PO, in case you needed one....or maybe someone on here could sell you their "extra"? The figure is not that articulated, but looks pretty good "standing" next to an HMR-scaled Macross VF-1 or destroid....

And yet....it pretty much assisted any non-Japanese reader understand that there would be no "weathering" version released this time around...seriously, it's not like we are requiring Google to translate some legal document or medical terminology critical to a life or death decision.... Google Translate keep getting better all the time!
