Yeah...it's funny how Bandai actually did some cool diorama shots with their HMR line-up promo pics....but for the DX line it's just mostly the standard promo photography....however, they do like to do some a few classic poses that reference original illustrations, old kit boxart and memorable anime scenes with each release

Nevermind..... I thought I had received all of my VF-1D's already so just assumed it was my armors.....forgot I had some from this particular proxy....actually surprised they came through!

Nice! Congrats! I'd still insta-buy a Bandai 1/55 VF-1D if they decided to sell one....
-
Have you posted pics of it?

Anyone else get notifications of their GBP Armor packs arrivals? Requested mine to get shipped, so should have them next week or so.

Another thing....didn't Bruce Wayne/Batman tell Waller to shutdown the Suice Squad in the last movie? Did she blackmail him? Is that a wise thing to do to Batman? The other thing about both movies is why didn't any of the "real" superheroes simply show up and "take care of the problem"? Why is there a need for a Suicide Squad. With an entity like Superman who can apparently hear things anywhere in the world.... How are these things explained in the comics?

Cool...looking forward to the DX edition!

Just finished watching it...it was fun....but did not feel it was any better than the first Suicide Squad....I'm thinking it may be a bigger deal for fans of the DC Comics who are more familiar with the characters....as a casual fan, it just seems like more of DC trying to catch up to Marvel....except Marvel took their sweet time to get to the point where we would be "OK" with a talking racoon.....in this movie, we are supposed to just be OK with a weasel creature with no explanation as to who he/she/it is...other than it's "supposed" to be funny.....at this point I am just waiting for Dune on HBOMax and will probably cancel my subscription....and I won't even ask about the shark character's background and why he looks that way and everyone is fine with it...again....just go with it I suppose....

If it wasn't that the movie is actually available to watch right now....I would have just thought the entire thing was a gag based on Cage's recent films..... Oddly enough, it is getting some good reviews........I'll watch it if I can get a good rental coupon

To be honest, I do not recall any specific "rule" in regards to PO's...it is mostly commonsense and there is basically an "unwritten rule" understood by most here to try to be a contributing member and not just one that takes and never gives back in any positive way, shape or form....in short, whoever is posting the PO link does so of their own accord, whether they have secured their own PO or not would be totally up to the person posting the PO, there are some that have no interest in the PO at hand, but still help by posting links to the PO's if they find them (this can happen on PO night or post PO night)...obviously, if you have not scored your own PO but want to, then it would make sense to do so first, then share the intel....of course, that scenario could mean you have already scored one via someone else's kindly PO link or via the very link you are about the post....although it is much appreciated by the MW community if you decide to be a contributor during PO night or any other day of the year...by no means is it a requirement for membership as far as I know (I think the only thing that comes close to this idea is the "5 post" requirement in order to post in the "for sale/trade" threads).... The bottomline is that the difficulty in securing these PO's seems to only be getting worse as the fandom increases and the production of these Macross items either stays the same or does not increase enough to meet the demand.....I do not see this situation changing anytime soon so everyone is ultimately responsible for figuring out how to best secure your own PO's and to change up your tactics to meet the changing challenges....

Good luck with that... I busted out the old Simon and other LCD games recently, including Takatoku's Space Fight!.........it was a nice 30 minute nostalgic trip to yesteryear showcasing the old boring games your parents used to play!
