    It kind of looks like the shoulders might be better than the last PS4 Spider-Man.

    Maybe it's an age thing? I often get confused about people who complain about being bored with things that are "slow" too. That can happen to me too but that's usually because whet ever is being said on screen isn't compelling enough for me to care, or too many obvious things are being iterated that don't need to be.

    As a matter of fact it would have made immensely more sense for the Vengeance to look like a Klingon ship. They wanted an excuse to blow the hell out of the Klingons anyway. Having a Klingon-like ship that wrecks Starfleets flagship would be a perfect way to justify a war with them.

    Some of them are exceptional, even. The Hasbro Mandelorian looks quite good to be honest. Here's video of the new Star Wars stuff from Tokyo Comicon. Plus an Admiral Akbar Movie Realization figure that looks effing weird but I also kind of dig it (and it's only the second hero figure we've ever gotten from that series.)

    One slight problem with this version of Superman. Because it's the Batman Hush version he's only frowning or looking pissed off. It'd be nice if they had a third, more optimistic looking, head as well. Thanks for the Amazon links, pre-ordered!

    My Dad called me today to tell me he found three Turtles sets at Target. I go over to his house and he only wants me to pay him for two sets. The third is for Christmas. Guess which of the three sets he chose as the gift I couldn’t have tonight? Mezco Classic Wonder Woman is fricking amazing to display though.

    Beyond was bad. It wasn't Into Darkness horse-crap bad. It was just bad because Simon Pegg isn't a talented sci-fi writer. But it was written by somebody who understood and at least attempted to embody the original series ethos even if he wasn't talented enough to actually pull it off.

    I was thinking the exact same thing. But Figuarts seems exceptionally good at missing the obvious these days. The Mafex one will have it in two years, no doubt. It's too bad they didn't announce Iron Patriot MK II instead.

    Even though I really hate the Actress and the way they included the character into the MCU/Endgame I went ahead and bought Captain Marvel because I do really like her costume design from the end of the film (minus the hair...) I'm hoping the Gauntlet from Iron Spider fits on The Hulk figure they already put out.

    Interesting. The advantage of the Iron Man and Cap are that they look suitably dirty like from the final fight but it's too little too late in a lot of ways. And double dipping effing sucks. I hate Captain Marvel but I do really like the costume design. The Mandelorian doesn't look any better than the Hasbro version, really. Palpatine is weird. It kind of seems like part of his robe is soft goods. The hood doesn't, and the sitting version looks terrible. For the most part the Hasbro one does the job too. Rescue looks damn fine though, and they actually gave her proper accessories.
