    Guys, A while back (I forget when), Model Graphix (or it may have been another magazine) printed an article on a transforming VF-4 kit. I forget if it was the old Studio Half-Eye kit or an all new scatch-built kit. Anyway, I need some high-resolution scans of the article if anybody has it. Especially interested in the pages which show how the kit transforms. Thanks in advance, Graham

    Personally, I love the sound booster,. It's nice and big, larger than I expected to be honest and has loads of mechanical detail and the fit and finish is excellent. Worth eveery penny if you ask me. I don't think Alex should buy Macross toys anymore, anyway, as his acid extruding fingertips will probably destroy even the sturdiest of toys in short order Graham

    Here's some quick fighter mode pics I snapped this this morning with my phone camera. The Sound Booster attaches very securely in fighter mode, no problem doing barrrek rolls and looks great as well in my opinion. Hmm........just noticed one of the top blue covers on the sound booster wasn't closed all the way. That's my fault not the toys, they close and fit very well. Graham

    As mentioned a few pages back, the number of off white and bright white hinges is extremely limited, so they may get rationed to 1 set per person. Still plenty of cream. Have sent out PMs. If you receive a PM from me, please reply with your full name and address and list the number and type of hinges you require, so I don't have to keep referring back to this thread.     Well then you are in luck as the Soundbooster set includes an attachment piece to attach the Soundbooster very securely in fighter mode. Looks great as well. FYI, this was not originally planned by Yamato, but Kawamori-san requested it be added at the last mminute (well a couple of months ago). Graham

    The Lightning and UN Spack kites are Tampo printed. This thing is increadibly detailed and lots of fun. I mean really well detailed. Lt's of love went into the design, just like the Fire Valk. Fits well in both Battroid and Fighter mode. Puts Bandai's 1/100 version to shame. If you like the Fire Valk, this is a must have accessory. Unfortunately, it doesn't play music though. Graham

    Just sent out hinges to a couple of members who had previously paid for the postage but have been waiting for a year.......sorry guys. Here's how many hinges are remaining: - Bright White Hinges = 19pcs (9.5 pairs). Off-White Hinges = 31pcs (15.5 pairs). Cream Hinges = 69pcs (34.5 pairs). After these are gone, I cannot get any more, so don't ask. Graham

    Heard from Yamato that for the VF-19S, the tab inside the gerwalk mode hip joint that a few people managed to break will be strengthened. Also, steps will be taken to make the ankle ball joint more resistant to loosening. Although I have to say that I haven't encountered this problem on both my Fire Valks. In fact they have both been completely problem-free. Graham

    I'll admit I haven't been following this thread and I apologize that I haven't looked at the PMs people sent me about shoulders either. If somebody can just let me know whom I should post the remaining hinges to, I can get them packed up and posted out within a day or two.     Maybe not 'come with', but there's a very good chance we will see it Graham The reason that Yamato are not doing FAST packs for the VF-19S/F, is not because of the leg missile bays. The reason I have been told is twofold: 1) Getting the shoulder mechanism to work for the FAST Packs is seen as being quite difficult. 2) Due to the way the wing looks tighly to the leg, you would only be able to get half a FAST pack on the leg anyway.
