With news overseas that MAYBE this might be the end of Macross toys, I was wondering what other members will focus their passion (money ) on? Will you collect from other toy, model kit lines, maybe pursue another hobby, or stop collecting? For me, it'll probably mean the end. I still want the gbp, dyrl/macross, and the 2 seaters, if they're ever made by Yamato.

Ok. I read somewhere the diecast content on these TF are getting less and less with each release. True or False? Also could any of you owners let me know specifically where the diecast is on each release? Thanks ! EDIT: GRIMLOCK: Front and rear bumpers, doors, and the front side panels forward of the doors (with the raised GT logo on them). That's it, for Grimlock I think...

I wrap a tidbit of paper around the rivets and slide it back into place. Just remember to keep the paper small enough (1cm x 0.5cm)...

This is really great to hear. If it turns out to be unanimous that Lancer is a winner, I'll have to seriously consider getting one. At the rate the improvements seem to be going the Shadow should be a real gem. I can't wait! I would still like a 'perfect' Scott Alpha to replace the one I got rid of (which was actually on the sweeter end of the banana than most of the ones released). Maybe once these have all gone through their runs Toynami can go back and do that one right. I doubt it will happen, but it would be nice. I'm still holding a candle for a kick-ass Ride Armor toy, too. I held out on the first and second one. Hopefully, the third one is a hit...still waiting to see if more people get it and see if any are duds like the first two, then I will get one.
