From the looks of it the main wing body and the rest of the attach points are the same mould as the rest of the 31s, so I'd guess that any will fit. If they don't release a set of true neutral packs, Messer's would probably be the best fit.
If anyone else sees a problem here, please correct me!
I think the shape of the wings may interfere with the boosters, but won't know for certain until Bandai confirms or denies.

Shown on the DX SV-262 thread, this twitter has the Hasegawa kit painted in Messer colors, along with some WIP pictures:

I did my 2nd transformation to Gerwalk as well putting on the Missile Parts, and I still have to watch the Jenius video to do it, but I don't mind the Drakken transformation, it is complex, but somehow strangely satisfying to me...not like certain VF-171's of the past...that i would prefer to hurl against a wall rather than transform again...
Yup, hurled against the wall... rip VF-171, but not really. I hated you with a passion.

Nice, been on the lookout for a review.
Why did he take the arm apart and what did he do exactly?
It looks like the reviewer's copy had either a burr or thick paint application on the folding joint on the shoulder preventing the piece from resting correctly in battroid mode. He disassembled the shoulder and sanded down the link piece to remove the obstruction.

I'd like to see more 1/48 items. A VF-25 in 1/48 to go with the VF-1 and YF-19 would be sweet.

This looks like the 1980's model that they based the US Monogram GoBots Leader 1 model on (they also released a Cy-Kill model based on the Mospeada Ride armour). I built the Monogram one 30 years ago and it was representative of 1980s model technology.
Here is a video showing the Monogram contents:

Is there a head comparison of the various -31s at all? I'm thinking about picking another one of these up and debating between the various kit releases - regular J/C/F/S, J-Kai, or Super J. The itasha decals that come with the J-Kai don't interest me that much (though the paint scheme is nice), and I'm on the fence about the Super packs, though I suppose if I do want one I can just pick up the add-on kit.
But yeah, a head comparison would be greatly appreciated, since that's the major difference between the different models. I'm leaning toward getting the F and shaving the horn, but I still don't have a great idea how the heads looks aside from the J's.
Dalong.net has all the delta kits reviewed. There are no closeups, but he has some clear shots of the different heads. He puts them under the Bandai Ect heading.

I finally got me super parts for the J and put them on battroid mode the other day. Today, while transforming it ti fighter, it noticed bandai screwed up on the tampo on the arm shields. The 05 markings are on the same side of the shield. Shouldn't they be on opposite sides so that they both face outwards in fighter mode? I checked with a few of the pics in this thread and they all seem to be this way.

I got some of this stuff from the local Home Depot and it is handy for minor repairs, but the bonding strength is pitiful. The stuff hardens as advertised, but it can be dislodged with a bit of pressure, i.e. scratching it with a fingernail. You can probably use it as gap filler, but it is no substitute for rods a good glue.

Looks like Bandai did not paint the wingtip lights according to standards. Both wingtip lights are red but the right wingtip should be green...

I wonder how those missles will look on a 1/60 vf-31?

Once it is in the Japan Post queue, the tracking will not update until it reaches the US post office. Once their, they should update the progress through customs, etc until it is delivered to your address.
Up in Canada, our post office decided that it was too difficult for them to update the status on registered packages so now they only track outbound packages. This change was done quietly and without any press.

They were a huge hit and it sold really well, unfortunately Beagle made no money on them and they went out of business. There is a rumour that the last 2 (Houquet/Rook and Yellow/Lancer) toys were prototyped and they exist in someone's personal collection.

I just hope they move on to...mospeada! forget the re-issues arcadia!
If they do that, they will be gone for sure. That license is like the kiss of death (poor Beagle)...

And I think they still have the free decals on 1/72 macross delta kits...

I still wonder how these two fit in a single seat VF-1 cockpit.
He blew the canopy off to be able to fit the two of them.

HLJ is offering Macross Delta Walkure Decals with the purchase of 1/72 kits. If you have one in your PW and you ship it during the campaign, you will also receive the decals, but you cannot purchase one to your PW. It must ship during the campaign. Luckily I had not shipped my Mirage VF-31 so I should get a set.

Yeah, I guess I should have put a disclaimer on that. 'I bear no responsibility for the efficacy of this procedure.'
hmmm, I think your username says it all..."Try shaking the toy in a paper bag..."

Great haul. Can you give a mini review of the macross modelling delta special magazine?

Mikumo http://hlj.com/product/MAX01044

Mikumo's skin tone is lighter. The figu-rise busts had the same skin tone variations.

It would really suck to have your VF-31 on this truck enroute to you... Hope there are no members in utah waiting for a fedex package:

I stand corrected. Thanks. I watched the announcement video and didn't read the rules. I guess you can win the competition and not get the prize... which is odd but understandable.
