  1. Awesome! I've been wanting to see the inside of this since you posted about it long ago in the Yahoo Japan Auctions thread Thanks!
  2. Can someone take a good scan of the gunpod for me? These things have to be floating around loose in hundreds of toy collections, maybe they pop up on ebay but I just dont catch it
  3. I've been there, thats where I got most of the pics And... only one of the pics shows a gun. The VF1J Hikaru. Which still leaves the question, did all of them come with guns?
  4. None of my 1/100 TT or Bandai Valks have guns!!! Why dont my 1/100 Valks have guns? I dont even know what they look like I'd like to ask everyones help in finally answering the burning question: Did these damn things come with guns?!?! Please post a count of your TT 1/100 shwag and I'll keep a running tally. Your input will help poor lost Valkyrie gunpods find a home. Please help. 5. Depends... A loose complete one will run you $70 to $90 on Ebay and a mint Japanese boxed version $250 to $350 It just depends on what you're looking for You can priobably spend $50 and piece together a loose one from mulitple auctions if you really want. Thats where my first one came from
  6. Thats the Korean Ride Armor with red arms and missiles I've thought about picking up one myself since it has shooting missiles I've also wondered if its 100% bootleg or possibly lisenced by Gakken like the Lansay Mospeada stuff...
  7. Emerson! You have a Cotobye Ride Armor! Haha! Any idea what Cotobye means by the way?
  8. I totally understand! Two of my favorite animes are Cybernetics Guardian and A Wind Called Amnesia. Total POS's in many books, but I love em. Oh, and Moon Station Dallos rocks Also, I too dont really like Akira. I own it, have owned all four versions at one time, but I still cant list it in my top 20. Its beautifully animated, but the characters are very dull and one-dimensional. And to add even more insult to injury, I think I like the original Streamline dub better than the rest! Ouch.
  9. Correct, also here is a pic I took showing the size comparison to the Legioss pilot and a Legioss fighter:
  10. Thanks for the signature idea (complete with music, no less)
  11. Good eye! But this is strictly my Gakken collection and as it turns out, that toy was produced by another Japanese company called Seven, a subsidiary of Takara: Toybox DX Seven Datafile
  12. Yes I got it when it was new and its been moved many many times so its a little beat up. I need to sit down at some point and fix it up. Some of the cannons are missing and such... EDIT: Oh, and its only about 5 feet tall
  13. Here is my attempt at a painted version...
  14. I'm on episode 49 and the animation does take a nasty drop at episode 27 More on the level of a TV series. I'm hoping that it gets better later...
  15. The "Robotech" version was the last version produced.
  16. Actually, those were released domestically and they are official. There are 4 box variants for them: Japan "Mospeada" box Singapore "Mospeada" Mospeada/Legioss two pack Domestic "Henshin Robo" box Domestic Excite/Gakken "Robotech" box Oh, there may also be a Lansay European varaint box, I havent seen it yet..
  17. I just have to ask Robodragon, were you at all inspired by the Leader 1 Gobots model kit?
