1/72 scale kits work with 1/60 Yamato?

Standard scale 1/72 ordinance and accessories seem to work with Yammy 1/60,

Anyone have experience using 1/72 scale in dioramas?

I've used some armament loading figures before and they're a bit small (as would be expected).

I used 1:72 water slide decals on a 1:60 Yamato and they looked perfect.

I have a 1/72 Carrier Deck section diorama to display my 1/60 VF-1 on and it looks fine!

They do a good enough job...makes for a busy looking carrier deck.....the accessories I found are made by Hobby Master...and are pre-built...so even better.....oh and the carrier deck is 1/48...also by Hobby Master...
