Yeah, that's pretty much it though you have to remember that the manga's story has a more comedic twist to it compared to the tv series, if the first episode comparison is to be made. So this quirky instance may not be in the anime.

The "Klan Klein micronizing to jail bait" thing does appear in the anime... check out this trailer...
