Rei I - Strangled to death by Naoko Akagi, who then committed suicide by jumping off Central Dogma. Rei II - Self-destructed EVA-00' to prevent an Angel from contaminating EVA-01. Rei III - Destroyed during Third Impact. The number of Rei "replacement parts" disintegrated by Ritsuko is unknown.
