looks like a TV flight suit with the collar out. mostly used in atmospheric flight, when they don't have the face plate and the visor on.

No I don't have a thing for scruffy men... I just tend to approve of men who look scruffy more than those who look neat -- don't know why really, maybe BoB himself is scruffy looking. I also know that it all sounds wrong no matter how I word them. Argh! Should have kept quiet instead.

what tools? I can't tell whether its transparent oils or marker or somethin else. A lot of peoelp use that technique and i have never figured it out.

looks like they used OpenCanvas...

i have that program and it's pretty good for such a small prog... makes nice brush strokes and everything
