Wait for HLJ as they haven't taken their preorders yet and historically, they tend to be the shop with the most stock. The reason why they haven't open it is most likely because Bandai have not confirmed with them the numbers they can allocated to them. They may very well not open it until the release date when they receive their shipment and know how much have been allocated to them.

Yup, most likely exchange rate as payment was probably made in HK dollars and they refunded the equivalent in HK dollars. Have a look at the transaction on your paypal account to see whether the HK dollars amount are the same. This is a risk of paying upfront. Happened to me before for paying an item on ebay when the person did not have stock for an item and subsequently refunded about 4 weeks later where the exchange rate went down.

Amiami shipping is generally higher than HLJ even with the same method as they like to use oversize boxes to send stuff and tend to fill them up with lots of those white sponge type packaging materials.

Bluish Alto was Super bundled. Can't remember which order it was released though. Tornado bundled Alto was normal colour with some slight variation if I remember correctly.

Just check my status and it's being prepared for shipping. Same here as well as I put my preorder in when they reopened it briefly. Looks like HLJ managed to fulfill their preorders.

Just check on my order again on their account maintenance and it's still showing as low stock. Hopefully I manage to secure one. Won't be sure until I see it change to preparing for shipping.

I think HLJ has been getting restock in small batches. Yesterday when I log into my account it says low stock. This morning it went back to order stop. Just check again and it now says low stock again. The status shown on your order is different from their website as I noticed when mine says low stock their website still shows as order stop.

I do not mind doing it but Australia shipping to the rest of the world is not as cheap as other countries due to the rates charged here and the current Australian Dollar being strong. Will cost approximately A$3.25 to send to the US from here ($1 for padded bag and $2.25 for postage before Paypal fees). Someone in HK or US (most people getting replacement would be there) would be the best person. However, if you can't find someone, I am more than happy to do it.

HLJ updated their website to 18 June now.

Going to try one more time and seems like this is the only option in order to try to get a response. Would like to get an update on the replacement shoulders as I have been waiting since March 2010 last year for the second batch of off white shoulders to be sent out. Been trying to contact Graham but no success including emails to his Paypal account. Always been told soon for over the last year. It's not that I am not appreciative of Graham for getting the parts as he's doing it for the members and not himself, but I do have a limit of waiting considering I sent funds in March last year. Anyway nothing much lost but had enough and if I don't hear anything soon will just give up and look for other avenues to obtain it.

The moment their communication went bad last year, I stop ordering from them. Not worth the hassle to order from a place where you get no communication as you practically will not be able to resolve any issues with them if you have one. Plus why order from them when you have places like Amiami. And if you need to order web specials, there's always Tokyo Hunter who can order it for you.

Graham, any updates on the shoulders? Basically been waiting over a year now for it to be sent out. Thanks.

In that case, I got a feeling that it will be a Tamashi website exclusive for the fast packs. Or the other options which to me is less likely than a Tamashi website exclusive, is that they will release the YF-29 with FPs later on.

If anyone heard from Graham about the second batch of off-white shoulders please let me know. I have been waiting since March last year for him to send it out. Last I heard from him was in September as he was still busy. I tried emailing his Paypal account and have not heard from him, plus his PM is currently disabled as well. Thanks.

It would have been shipped by SAL Parcel and not SAL Small Packet which is the cheaper shipping method and can only be used for items less than 2kg in weight and below certain dimensions. SAL Parcel can at times cost more than EMS. Seeing that Amiami couldn't even send me the the fold booster and fast pack for the YF-19/YF-21 via SAL small packet when HLJ could, they definitely would have sent your package via normal SAL parcel which cost similar or even more than EMS.

Don't mean to be impatient as appreciate what Graham have done for us, but is there any update on when the next shipment will be sent out. Thanks.

Ami Ami probbaly already got their stock but is just delaying their invoicing until 1 July as if they invoiced before 1 July, there's a SAL small parcel promotion where you get an additional 15% off the price of the item. Most likely we will get an invoice tomorrow.

The VF-0S has been reissued with the shoulder issues fixed. The Ghost bundled does not have the shoulders problems and after the release of the bundle, Yamato also re-releaased the VF-0S stand alone with the shoulders fixed. Packaging is the same, but the way Yamato packed the VF-0S in the plastic tray is slightly different. Can't remember exactly how, but I think the tail fin could have been folded down and also could be covered by plastic. Do a search on the forum and you should be able to find out more. Some places like Overdrive was carrying the VF-0S with the updated shoulders if I am not mistaken.

Try contacting Save or Izzyfcuk and see whether they have any left as they were taking preorders previously before it was released.

The problem with overdrive is not so that they are not processing the orders but its because they are not responding to people's emails. My order also came through but they did not change the shipping address after 4 requests from myself via different methods. I am sorry to hear about what happened to you Cyclone Trooper. Most likely there was an issue with their processing which resulted in your oder not being processed. Again, this problem could be resolved should they communicate which they are not. That's is why I will not order from them again as what if something happens like Cyclone Trooper to myself and I am unable to resolved it because they will not communicate with you. Someone mentioned you may try contacting Save to see whether he is able to help out as I believe he may know the people at Overdrive. Amiami and HLJ will get my service from now on. Lucky there's Tokyo Hunter for Japan exclusive stuff so no need to use Overdrive for those items.

Looks like OD is still alive as I just got shipping confirmation. However, I am one who will not be buying from them anymore as the emails I was sending them was to change postal address. Emailed them twice using my registered email with them which is a yahoo email. Emailed them once using their website interface. And emailed them one last time using a non free email. 4 times I tried to communicate with them and never heard from them. Luckily I still can collect the items from the address I have with them. Amiami will have my business from now on and HLJ for items that I can't get from Amiami. Amiami has been fast in their processing. Paid on Friday shipped on Saturday.

Aware of that which makes it better in some cases unless the currency fluctuates too much. May have to ask Save but will see what happens as the last item for my order to be in stock is the VF-11C which just came in. If I don't get a shipping confirmation, then definitely something is wrong with them. Will stay clear of OD until they start improving their correspondence again.
