I highly doubt the big leak you guys speak of has much to do with the new policy. They probably decided that showing preview pics too far in advance kills any hype they can generate the last 2 or 3 months before release.

One little fun fact - seems that they have TWO Star Wars television ideas floating around the ranch...one would be animation and the other - LIVE ACTION. These television projects would be in 2006. Let's hope they're better than the Star Wars Christmas Special, or those Ewok films.

Who knows for sure, since Shawn has this board set to scale with your browser viewport. However, it's more of a favor to people running resolutions below 1600x1200 (most people). If you're running an un-maximized browser window like I do, the pics start to stretch my 1280x1024 display at around 700 pixels. So we've made the "official" max size at around 640.

This thread is not going to be locked. I never said I have any intention of doing so. I'm simply asking people to bring something new to the debate, whether it be information or perspective. The people involved in this debate are the people making it useless. WDC, don't put words in my mouth. I never put a label on anyone because you enjoy doing it. I said some of you are practically considering yourselves experts on this subject, which we all know just isn't the case. Besides, I wasn't talking about you anyway. I am mostly annoyed with the repetetiveness, only because as a moderator I have to read every thread. Especially a thread that has (in the past) ignited flaming and personal insults. This thread has been repetitious information for over 10 pages now. Nothing new is being brought to the table, and there most definitely is a problem with people only being on this board to participate in this thread. For all intents and purposes, this thread has been dead for months. A few (2 or 3) insist on keeping it alive, because they can't resist their desire to "debate." I swear some of you consider internet debates a skill or something. Some of you are practically calling yourselves experts on this subject. It's getting to be kind of pathetic.

Actually, it does matter if it's repetitious. Any thread on this board that keeps reiterating the same thing over and over eventually gets locked. I'm telling you guys.....try to bring a new perspective to your arguements at the very least. As it stands right now, this thread is serving no purpose than massaging egos inflated by "debate" skills. MacrossWorld is not a debate forum. That's not to say debating isn't accepted. I'm just saying that members here with the sole intention of debating (read: argue) and nothing else add NOTHING to this forum. Bottom line, if you're here to argue, at least bring new information/perspective to the table. This thread has become useless.

Start referring them to the older threads or something. This thread needs to start progressing. It's been the same thing over and over for the last 10 pages. It's frustrating to moderate, since I have to read the whole damn thing. I keep reading the same crap.

My company is working with Neversoft on our current game, so I've been playing THUG for about 11 months now. Probably the best Tony Hawk game to date. I love the story mode with a non-pro.

The #1 reason to NOT have polls: - They are extremely unintelligent in nature. I like to think of MW as THE place for Macross fans to have discussions about our favorite show. I'd also like to think that we are intelligent enough to carry on some decent conversations about Macross without having to resort to "VF-1S vs an X-wing."

You can talk about any toys or models in the Other Anime and Sci-Fi forum, as long as they generally fit into that category. For example, Lord of the Rings products aren't anime or sci-fi, but the topics are allowed. There isn't going to be a general discussion forum.
