Ghost in the Shell is a TV series. Macross Zero is an OVA. OVA's don't have "seasons" I never said seasons, I said series......was Ghost in the Shell on TV? I never saw it while I was over there...what channel? What time and day of the week?

I just bought a box of part 2 CM figures for 3,000 yen. For anyone interested (living in Japan that is...spefically Tokyo area), this toy store called Yamashiroya, located just outside of Ueno train station. Now what to do with all the extra figures I've got now???

Well, the dvds are kind of pricey, but I was thinking, if Ghost in the Shell has gone on to a second series of stand alone complex, Mac Zero should too.

Is Macross Zero ending with ep 5 or will there be a new series after? I was thinking it would be pretty cool if they followed the story right to the beginning of the original series....I suppose it's not likely, but what are the chances?

I've been to a lot of anime-type shops where I live (Richmond, BC Canada) shopping for Macross models, and it seems like it's always the same ones...Macross 2 Valkrie, Glaug(officer's pod), 1/72 scale transformables, Zentran suit, meltran suit, a couple of Mac 7 models..... I'm here in Japan again (7th time this year) and it's pretty much the same sort of thing at most shops.......same models. Why don't they re-release other kits like the regular zentran pods, or the Macross itself? I should probably be asking the manufacturers but I'll never get an answer from them....thought someone here might have some thoughts.

I watched that movie....a few scenes horrified me, the but rest of it was great. Interesting perspective on Shinsengumi uniforms. I have b/w photos of some of the real members and their uniforms actually look more like the ones portrayed in Kenshin. Anyway, good fight scenes.

Haha, I remember making that mistake in grade 5 with these little pvc toys....what the hell were they again....little wrestlers....all of them were skin color....forgot what they were called but people were collecting them like crazy. Even today, they are still sticky....

Just bought it and finished watching it. I was kind of hoping to see video game/cutscene footage but there wasn't all that many. The ones that it did include were pretty *ucking cool, but are there better ones? I really love the opening for the Sega Saturn game. My favourite actually. Is there anything out there that's better? I'd do a poll, but don't know all the cutscenes....don't know how to do a poll either. Anyway, not bad overall....but leaves me wanting more....always wanting more.

That's an awesome picture by the way, I hope someone makes a wallpaper out of it and add it to Macrossworld's wallpaper section....
