Has peter been able to use more than one power at the same time yet? I don't recall.

Is the Turn A Gundam up for preorder yet anywhere. When will it be released. I might have to get this one.
-
Yeah but its such a simple game that they could probably just port it over. I bet it would be a good seller. The other one they have in the works looks pretty cool too. I'd really like to see them come out with the one thats in the flight simulators in japan arcades. I wanted to play but everywhere I went there was an hour wait just to play. And you had to buy some membership card to track your progress against the rest of the world.

Here's the gundam game I mentioned before. I really want them to put this on the wii. It was really fun to play. http://s-zeon.com/

Cool. Looks a lot better than the 1/1 scale core fighter in Kyoto's manga museum

For those looking to complete their gundam library most are available subtitled through the usual bittorrent sites. Turn A Turn A movies 1&2 Victory Gundam ZZ Gundam X I'm betting it'll be a while before we see ZZ. From what I heard, sales weren't as high as they expected for Zeta. You can get the Zeta discs cheap if your willing to look. Makes me regret buying the boxset when it came out.

That gundam game looks good. I wish they would port the gundam 1st person shooter they have at Saga City in Akihabara. My wife and I played it for a good 45min. Its also from 0079 UC but you play the part of 2 Ace zaku pilots. It kinda played like the house of the dead games but you held a zaku machine gun, and swung that to block, and use your saber.

What's the best fansub of this?
-
hands down ghost in the shell SAC 1&2, might as well add the 3 movies in too. My-hime is great (better in japanese than english) follow it with My-Otome I've watched the first disk or two of Hikaru no go and really enjoyed it. My wife liked burst angel but I thought is was weak...but the fansurvice was good. I haven't watched Spiral or Tsukikage Ran yet I found the first 5 episodes of Law of Ueki so lame that I never finished the series.

The Aim for the Top! Gunbuster Thread v2.0
jwinges replied to Noriko Takaya's topic in Hall Of The Super Topics
Anybody know anything about this? I found this Gunbuster 2 fig on jlist http://www.jlist.com/ANIME/ANAL_15.html its an odd web address but it should show the fig if you scan down. -
Na...she likes the whole cosplay thing. She was a bit curious about the pic I accidentally snapped of one of the macross girl's butts though.
-
sorry about that. I forgot to do it. Then again you could just flop your monitor on its side... just kidding. I'll remember next time.
-
Yeah...sorry about some of the bad angles on the photos. A lot of times there were just too many people to get the perfect angle. That was the case with the bleach and eva unit 1 statues. Also there was this cool figure display but the set up was kinda wierd. They had an curved wall with hole for figures but it was at least 20ft tall so you could really get pics or even a good look at the figures. Then add the crowds and forget it... the most I got were the photos of Haruhi and friends. Plus the wife was wanting to hit lunch. Never did come back to that display. I was really surprised how much fun she had though. I thought she'd be bored out of her mind, even though she's an anime fan. She's not usually into this kinda stuff. BTW the mecha in shots 10 and 12 is from Kissdom.

The one with the carrots on her but or the one with the skull in her hair? The one I saw on TV was the girl with the skull in her hair. The ep I watched has some kid using a hand drill to drill tunnels to move through the dirt. He finds some giant robot. In the opening they show the characters in space with a giant robo. [attachmentid=41908] The anime with fruit and veggies plastered to female pilots suits looks funny as hell. I've got a flyer for it but I can't read it. The figures I saw in the crane machines were very nice looking. I'd like to watch this if I can figure out what it is. [attachmentid=41909][attachmentid=41910]

Here's some pics of the stuff I purchased on my trip... I kinda went gundam crazy and bought a lot of HCM pro gundams... but got a bunch of gasphons (including a minmay doll) and the CM milla wedding pack (100yen). [attachmentid=41893][attachmentid=41894][attachmentid=41895][attachmentid=41896] [attachmentid=41897][attachmentid=41898][attachmentid=41899][attachmentid=41900] [attachmentid=41901][attachmentid=41902][attachmentid=41903][attachmentid=41904] [attachmentid=41905][attachmentid=41906][attachmentid=41907]

Here's some more: [attachmentid=41872][attachmentid=41873][attachmentid=41874][attachmentid=41875] [attachmentid=41876][attachmentid=41877][attachmentid=41878][attachmentid=41879] [attachmentid=41880][attachmentid=41881][attachmentid=41882][attachmentid=41883] [attachmentid=41884][attachmentid=41885][attachmentid=41886][attachmentid=41887] [attachmentid=41888][attachmentid=41889][attachmentid=41890][attachmentid=41891] So that's all the pics from the fest. Pretty fun way to kill time until we could check into our hotel. BTW there were a couple of Anime titles I'd like to find the names to: 1. the one with bunny girls with fruit and veggies as part of their flight suits. (pics above) 2. The anime with the lead girl character with a skull with pins in her hair. Was watching it on TV but never caught the name. Thanks

If I happen to see anymore wii's would any of you who are still looking want one? Toss in shipping from Minnesota and an extra $10 for my time at the post office and I'll pick one up if I see one.

I think the new store is bigger. At least it has more figures...I bet there was an additional 20% more figures in the new store than the old. I liked Yodabashi, ABC was good, but Mandrake was a waste...they didn't have squat for what I wanted and what they did have the prices were way too high. I was really impressed with the new Asobit, as well as the Yellow submarine building across from Gamers. There was also a nice little gundam shop on the opposite side of the Yellow submarine building about a block away from gamers. I think in total I bought 3 MG gundams, and 15 or 16 of the HCM pro gundam toys. Add in some macross and gunbuster stuff.

I think I saw a poster somewhere that Tales from Earthsea is supposed to be released in April on DVD. We saw a lot of Earthsea stuff in stores...I'm betting it was a success. At the ghibli museum there was a ton of stuff and the kiddies were eating it up.

Please don't get me started on Thomas the train. My nephew had a thomas the train birthday party where everybody was supposed to give him one of those expensive little train engines. I said screw that and bought him a lacross set. The kid needs to play outside more. We got a bit sick of all the american crap we found...disney, thomas, stitch, we kept going to stores that were supposed to be for anime stuff and it turned out they had more american related stuff than japanese.
