So I finally finished the line art. I made a few small changes though. Now I have to figure out where to take it from here. I'll probably work on a top/ bottom view next. I want to do various angle shots but I'm not that good yet. Again I welcome suggestions and advice that would help me learn to draw better. Tracing an image on a computer is the easy part. Lol.

The whole leg needs to be bigger IMO.

If Yamato gave us swappable tail fins that can't fold into the leg. would you guys be whining about it being not "PT" or be glad to have the option?

Th fin retracts when it is in combat. It only uses it for recon.

Interesting. I never though DBZ would get a remake. I guess getting rid of over a third of the series will make it less annoying to watch. The damn fights took way too long to progress. Where does this new OVA fit in between DBZ and GT?

The line art battroid looks sooo much better. Lol.

The intake isn't part of the leg. The leg separates just after the intake so that part becomes the chest in battroid. I might make the "thigh" thicker later. I'm half done with the line art so I'll see what it looks like when it's finished. Then I'll make the necessary changes and tweaks.

So it'll have mecha boobs? Lol.

I hope we get new sculpts. I so excited when the DX was announced but since I saw the pictures of the almost final product looked like all excitement went away.

It's suppose to be the successor to the VF-27 and odd numbers sound better IMO. Sadly I don't have anymore drawings or other views because I suck at drawing. I can't get a hang of perspective just yet.

Here's the sketch of my original VF. The SVF-X29 Soarer. It's nowhere near as impressive as some of the works (anime52k8's) I've seen here on the board. I was trying to go for the super slim profile like the YF-21 with a top silhouette similar to the Super Sylph. All the drawings of the top view are just small doodles so I didn't scan any of it. Some of my original requirements for the battroid (like a forward facing cockpit) didn't work with what I want with the long nosed fighter so I had to change a few things with the battroid design. I left the vertical fins (?) clear so you can see what the leg/ engine nacelle looks like. Basically it's like the SV-51. It needs a few tweaks but I'm happy with the overall design. I'm still trying to figure out how it would transform. I'll be trying to do a line art using Inkscape in the coming days. Also any tips from the pros as to how to do a better drawing and adding relevant aircraft detail would be helpful. I also don't need over critical douchebag comments and irrelevant number ratings.

Seems inconsistent IMO. Last episode of Villains, Peter never touched Nathan before he flew into him. We assumed he got his auto absorbing power power back. But in this episode he has to touch the person to get the power and seem to be able to have one at a time. I was asking why he didn't just let go too but I think he can't fly now that he has Tracey's power.
