  1. Well, the Hasegawa model custom has no swappable parts (I believe, correct me if I'm wrong). So perfect transformation should be no problem. I now Yamato is looking for anime accuracy.

But it doesn't need to be 100% accurate.

Detachable legs, or some small parts it's okay to me, as long as it looks good and works fine (although I don´t want a jigsaw puzzle like you said Shin).

  2. no... the people that made the cartoon had wooden mock ups to make sure the transformation would work. 20 years ago...

If it was Yamato that had the mock ups and you got pictures of it, we surely would have lynched you if you didn't show some pictures :lol::lol:

  3. you mean more of a grey like this resin battroid kit?

another thing...i really hope yamato doesn't really decide on puting the intake warnings on....they should at least make those decals...they look fugly on the side of the intake <_<

Yes, I was thinking more on the grey side.

You are right about the intake warnings!!!

  4. This is the color scheme you are refering to, right Graham?

I like it but I'd prefer a more greyish beige (if that makes sense). Grey plastic rather than beige, would make the VF-0A look less toyish. That weathered light beige is hard to accomplish with plastic.

  5. Well I like everything Yamato has put out. I was very lucky and never got a "lemmon".

I'm pretty satisfied with the Mac plus valks, love the 1/60's and the 1/48´s (which didn't ruin my opinion about the 1/60's) and the Q-Rau is THE enemy mech.

Add that I even like the VF-0S (even the unrevised sulpt), cause it's sleek and skinny.

Mr. Sakuragawa from IHP has done an oustanding work with the VB-& König Monster.

Although each scale and sculpts, have some pros and cons and some compromises I like the work of all the sculptors.

By the way I voted IHP guy (Mr. Sakuragawa) but Billy Wong and Nishikawa san follow him closely. ;)

  6. Thanks for the pix EXO, I like those figures, I think they look cool.

I'm terrified when I think of a Toynami MPC Ride armor. I'll just enjoy my two Gakkens instead.

Now the Yamato Garland, that is a toy I highly anticipate (since Graham´s dinner with the Yamato employee) ;)

  7. Well, I'll display the two I'm going to buy in gerwalk mode and gerwalk mode (being gerwalk/destroid my favorite).

I' really don't care about displaying it with the stand.

By the way, didn't the stand come with clips to accomodate the different valkyries? Is there different types of clips according to each valk/scale? (I don't own the stand).

  8. Note that on the left of the pic we can see a VF-0 in fighter mode.

There's been another correction: the tailfins are now canted outwards (Graham has always correctly addressed that they were straight, which is wrong).

I like the VF-0, guess I'm the only one who likes all of it's three modes. I'm gonna buy it

    But that's just me.

We get hard points in the wings, leg armor, the hips were corrected, I like the direction it is taking!!!

  9. Very nice looking son Datterboy!!!

The custom looks pretty nice IMO. Plain and simple, I like it a lot. I think you convinced me of doing the same ;)

You're gonna do the same? Wow, hahahhaa. Seriously, I liked the plane jane look too, but mostly because it's kind of nice to see the detail of a valk stand alone form the paint jobs. I'd love to see how that turns out.

    :Dat

    I'll definitely do it!!!

And I'm gonna post pictures of it ;)
