    Finally got around to my other jewel of my collection, Yamato's 1/3000 SDF-1 DYRL. I finished some time ago, but I hadn't had the chance to photograph it. It took me literally months to put on the hundreds of tiny decals to give this monster the scale it deserves (I don't think I'll do that again for the upcoming 1/4000 Hasegawa version :p)

    Hahaha! Me too, b. I want to have another one too. But I will just wait if Arcadia will release a reissue or the Flashback version. If not, I'm just happy and still happy that I've acquired one. ;)

    Did a shot with SMS Skull squadron geared up. I'm kinda bummed because I noticed that the stupid shield adapter for the RVF must have fallen off at some point while it was in fighter mode and now I can't find it... sigh... I had to stick the shield on with putty instead -_-

    Those are eye candy, MacrossJunkie. Really envy people who does great job on customizing their Valks. And it still transforms well with dings and scratches. :rolleyes:

    hi, i was looking for old files on my pc backup and found some images of my first 1/48 purchase back in 2008, it was the stealth type. now i think that looks better without stickers. took 62 photos that day, but dont worry will only post 3, one of each mode :rolleyes:

    Everytime I see a 1/48 scaled Valk, I'm having thoughts if I should get atleast one. But I know that if I started doing it... I need to have another one. And so on and so forth. :lol:

    I have a question on the YF-30 figure. Not sure if somebody already asked this. I just recently finished the Macross 30 game a few weeks ago. And this is after I received the DX figure. I noticed that on the amv clip during the final boss fight, the YF-30 has a white and grey hand like the VF-25F has. Did anyone noticed this before? But all the in-game valk photo shows somehow a grey hand. Now, looking at the clip, it would nice too if it comes with the dirty white/grey colored hand. ^_^

    Also, some things worth (anime-magic) noticing, in the amv clip, it doesn't show where the hands tucked in. The area on the legs where the SMS logo located is, it's just floating besides the wing. :lol:

    I think it was 20% off for the YF-19 during last year's Black Friday sale....it was a pleasant surprise....just pre-order it when it becomes available...then re-buy it at the BF price and dump the higher priced pre-orders.....

    Yes....I would like to just buy just the Fire Bomber figurines if I could...I'm pretty sure someone will make them available...probably get the most for them on eBay or YJA...so save yourself the ebay and paypal selling fees and sell them to me!!!! :)

    20% is not bad. As long that you still have option to choose a shipping method, right? Don't want to use EMS. Just happy to use a SAL with tracking for big package. Save a few $$. ^_^ But when you say dump, meaning cancel the early PO right? Now, I'm not so sure if I'm going to get the VF-0D. Trying my best to ignore that one and just wait for a VF-0S renewal. But that head, the wing-cape, and the 'periwinkle' blue really excites me. :lol:

    Too bad, I'm not into Mac7 releases. Well, except for VF-11C. But since that one is so expensive nowadays, I'm just going to wait for a used one or a reissue/renewal one. ;)

    The VF-4 has such a unique transformation design. It really looks like it doesn't transform and for the longest time I had a hard time envisioning how it could go possibly from the fighter to battroid.

    Yep! Don't be ashamed to post your photos! The more the merrier. It's more fun when everyone shares and it would get boring quick if only a few people contributed pics :)

    I agree. VF-4 is a unique design. The only small gripe I have is the legs. They're so long. ^_^

    1/40 is a-ok with me as long they're just releasing only Orguss. But if they decided to expand the line with Olson's, Nikick, Ishkick, and the rest, then, 1/60 or 1/50 would be fine. ;)

    Don't worry, I'll post new amateurish photos soon. Just been busy with my kindergarten boy. ;)
