Is it safe to assume people who got it first (the ones that are posted in Twitter) bought directly from P-Bandai? And then got distributed days after to some shop for stocking? And is this the first time happened that delay? Besides, Nippon-Yasan already posted the availability date on the item page itself, so I'm sure they got notified by distributors beforehand? Either or, atleast we already know that in a day or two it will become available and most of us will get shipping notification soon.

There was a 1/200 toy set of this by Takara. Not sure what year was made.

That is a relief.

So if NY will ship it over the weekend, then I will probably receive it mid-week. But, it's NY so I'm not going to put my hopes up.  They can ship it early or late, but what I really hope for is that it will arrive safe and sound.

Regarding the dates, I guess it varies from time to time. I checked the Hi-Metal R page over Tamashii, and it has different PO start date. Mostly, it's Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. All JST. But what I really noticed on the dates is it's either the last week or first of the month. Majority is first week.

I log on during pre-order madness too but try not to post - especially if I get an order. Hell hath no fury like Macross fans that miss a preorder.

Yup, it's all good fun here. And always treat everyone's comment with a grain of salt. Don't always believe it completely.  

And like I said, I've been down this road before. Panic buying. Impulse buying. All kinds of buying. Until I learned how to plan what to buy and the necessity of buying. I know I spend a lot. But the good thing is that, you can still sell it once you find yourself that what you have is too much. Learn also when to stop. And ofcourse, as everyone would probably agree, don't spend too much and that you don't spend the budget for your education. You can still re-buy most of it when you get a job.

Yeah. NY always came through all the time on this TWE items. But still, on the other hand, I'm still kind of piss off on their customer service. I still haven't receive any compensation on my lost package.

Was just asked to, and just paid the balance on my order from MyKombini (you could pay a 50% deposit at time of order). So for those still waiting on CDJ or N-Y I have to assume payment or shipping requests are right around the corner.

Actually, and sad to say, it's TWE so there's no more payment request needed since it's already been paid at NY the moment you place your preorder.

But I'm pretty sure they will honor that on the 24th release date. Because if not, they already sent out emails that the item will be delayed or something.
