Yup. And I can get consistent colors across from the white body to the greenish-blue super/strike packs since I'm just stopping at Hikaru's Valk for this scale.

Since I don't have plans on getting Roy's color, I think it's just best for me to keep the movie pack version if I want a Super Pack put on my VF-1J just to keep somehow the 'color' consistency across on what I have. I mean, I'm not going for anime accuracy on the VF-1J with Supers because technically it wasn't shown wearing one in the TV series. And the movie SSP already comes with kite logo to put in the boosters. I could probably just paint a set of reactive missile if ever. Hehehe. Edit: I'll probably just print a kite sticker and put it on those extra skull logo.

I think mostly of the 'proper' TV Super VF-1S were done 'correctly' under the 'Robotech' brand. So it's safe to assume that this is somehow the 'first' from a Japanese company. However, this specific Japanese company can't justify properly the 001/100 numbers. By the way... Hi JVM!

I was also too late on the Voltes V. I ended up PO'ing today at AmazonJP. Can't do pay upfront at Nin-Nin for now. I'm just glad I get to PO one at times like this.

The release and grab Gunpod I will understand. That transformation sequence from MZero is so classic but still leave me scratching my head every time I see that 'thin' metal that swivels the intake to the nosecone. Hehehe.

AmiAmi was gracious enough for their initial payment deadline which is first week of August. Not sure if this is due to the pandemic or limited shipping to the US. But I still ended up paying it. Excited to get a new toy after all these months.

I haven't browsed the forum for awhile so I was caught off guard for this PO. So I'm kind of late placing an order. I went with the Amazon one since Nin-Nin is needed to pay upfront. With shipping to US, ended around Y67666. Item was Y59000 after placing the order. Hopefully when BBTS posted theirs is more manageable price so I can cancel my Amazon order. Hey b. If the surcharge is already the tax, I’ll be happy with it and be done with it. At this point, I’m not worried anymore on where to get it outside the Japanese store network. The only thing I need to worry now is if RightStuf will push through. Either way, I’m just really getting tired of this ‘hard-to-get-during-preorder-night’ nonsense. It’s what been pushing the collectors away. I only have few planned Metal Build purchases that is, if those gets an official release plans and schedules. But for now, the Freedom is the last MB purchase. It’s now an error page.

That's the thing. It wasn't labeled under 'tax'. But if that's going to be tax, then I'm a happy camper now. The only thing I'm going to get worried now is if they will going to deliver come September. Besides, that surcharge fee is too high for CA sales tax.
