OK ,I´m guessing that ,as with series one, they´ll include one character from each series :

- DYRL? Hikaru / Roy

- M0 Mao / ?

- M7 Mylene/ Basara

- MII Ishtar / ?

- Chase figure Minmay Doll / ?

I´m personally hoping to see Shin or DD as the M0 figure for this series , I have no idea what figure could they make as the chase figure but I´m hoping it´s a good one.

Yamato should seriously consider making some SD valkyries when they´re done with the other lines ;)l

I love all Macross equally and don't really have a fixed favorite.

Even if really pushed I couldn't decide on just one favorite, but would have to break it down between TV series, OVA and Movie, in which case my favorites would be: -

Favorite Macross TV Series = Macross 7.

Favorite Macross OVA = Macross Plus (this may change after I've seen all 5 eps of Zero though).

Favorite Macross Movie = DYRL.

I think every series has its weaknesses and its virtues. If I had to choose I would do it this way :

Fav. TV series : SDF Macross - for the plot

Fav. OVA series : Macross Zero - for the plot and animation

Fav. Movie : Macross Plus Movie edition - for....well...everything

Still , I very much liked Dynamite 7 and DYRL? as well but I had to choose just one

Castrol Super Clean Degreaser...

Reusable... Clean... and biodegrable. Just like Lysol, just leave it in there and use a fine grit sanding paper to wipe off the paint. The valk actually came out whiter than that but I messed with some panel lining and stuff. And taken at night with a low flash, maybe I'll take another pic under daylight next time.

Nice tip , talking about Castrol I was thinking of making a World Rally Championship based colour scheme with Castrol colours on a valk ...although being my first cutom I think I should try on a 1/60 or a Banpresto first

Where the heck did they get the idea of making an anime ? well , I shoudn´t be surprised since the japanese audience (i.e. J-POP fans) are very easily influenced by this sort of trends , of course the lesbian act helps in this but damn why make an anime movie of those two ?

If I were hoping for a 1/48 GBP armour I would be REALLY pay attention to the 1/60 version success , cause if that one doesn´t do well then forget about a 1/48 version , this is why I´m suprised that most of the people interested in a 1/48 version are thinking of skipping the 1/60 release

Supposedly. PIONEER (?) licensed Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex somewhere between Episodes 22 and 23. That's why we don't see any new (Laughing Man) Fansubs after #22.

Several months ago Production I.G. stated that they extend SAC's to 52 episodes.

The VF-0 doesn't preclude the VF-1.

It's a test bed for future variable fighter technology AFTER the VF-1, so its quite alright that it has enhanced capabilities.

I think the chances of seeing anyone form the original series is either pretty slim or none at all , look at what´s been happening in the latest productions , every time they have t do something related to the original series (SDF-1 cameos for example) they resource inmediatly to DYRL elements...what I´m trying to say is that BW and Kawamori san have been avoiding using any of the SDF Macross elements , why ? because certain US company (aka HG) has stopped every new product from reaching the international market.

No , I don´t want to start yet another of those threads for those who take this as an incentive.

I personally doubt they´ll take the risk of having anything related to SDF Macross in M0 (look at Roy , he´s been totally redesigned , and the VF-0 was a excuse for not using the original VF-1 design).

I think the most probable appearance for the sake of the plot will be a new redesigned retro-looking VF-1 unlike the modern looking VF-0.

Hi , I´m wondering , is anyone here planning to make recasts of the 1/48 pilot figures , specifically the new improved 1S pliot figure and the Low-Vis figure ?

If there´s anyone out there planning on recasting these babies please post , it would be of great help since getting a Low vis right now is virtually inpossible and I heard the 1S and 1A reissues don´t feature the improved pilot figure.

I´m just curious about the whereabouts of the YF-19FP , it´s been on pre-production far too long , wasn´t it suppossed to come out already ? I´d be happy if someone told us why is taking so long , don´t mind if they keep the release date to themselves but I´m really starting to loose faith in that toy if it´s ever released.

Do i know where the flaws are in this release? No. because i refuse to watch infusions' work after i saw the hack job they did on various series before this one. Why do you think infusion came to MW boards to "get in touch with Macross fans?" because their repuation on IRC is already established as a not - so - good group. They came here to make nice, saw that they can use the opportunity to curry favor here, and expand their audience this way, as pretty much everyone on irc that leeches fansubs knows about Infusions "quality" of work.

And there are plenty of groups that don't do licensed shows once the licenses have been announced so as not to infringe on the distro rights of the NA rights-holders. Infusion is NOT one of those groups.

Hate me, whatever. Do yourself a favor. Go get any one of the other groups' M Zero 3 (groups NOT named AJ that is) and compare for your own damn selves. You'll see where infusion REALLY stands.

I don´t know if you´ve read the latest news but as far as licenses M0 has no officially anounced release outside Japan yet , so I don´t know where you´re coming from with all the licensing of the OVAs and it´s fansubing...for that matter even ANBU/AONE and anyother group is commiting a crime here.

If ANBU or whoever get their fansub out then I´ll compare it , if it´s better the hooray , if it´s not , shame about that but I won´t bitch about it , there´s always better alternatives , whoever they are I don´t frakking care.

I don´t care what scale they go for (as long as it´s not bigger than the 1/48 VF-1s) , I´m just eager to have some Octos and a 0D and of course the 0S. I think that´s all.

In any case , for those that think Mao´s breasts have grown bigger since Ep.1 , go watch Ep.1 again when Mao first appears on scene when she jumps from the big palm tree , you´ll notice her breast are no smaller than Ep.3 , perspective aside.

Based on the number of (anti-UN) troops on the beach I would say the Octos have a average capacity of 6 people on board. For a Destroid that´s reasonable (compared to modern tanks)

On a side note : This baby has a whole arsenal of weapons available , I mean , it has a freaking beam gun !!! a damn 8-cell missile launcher pod and another 4 guns damnit. Looking at the overall design and specifically the beam gun you can tell this technology came from the Glaug (even though the ASS was a supercision army ship , but I understand they had Zentradi technology from their brainwashed zentrands).
