My sister (who lives in Oxnard) called me up this morning to ask me if there were any PSPs in the area since she wanted to get it for my nephew's birthday which was yesterday (she's been looking for it for a few days before she called)...he pretty much sacrificed a b-day party so he could get one ... I went to the local Wal-Mart and found nothing...It's still too early to call BestBuy...So i was wondering if any of you guys here on the Central Coast know where i could find one?....I really don't want to go to my friend who's in the AirForce but I will contact him as a last resort...ehh...my nephew's a little smart-ass for someone just turning 11 can't see why my sister wants to get him a PSP EDIT: My sister ended up finding a PSP at the Toys R Us in Ventura...thanks anyways

just wondering if any of you guys have put on those cellhpone straps with anime charms on ur psp yet...i wanna get a couple gundam ones from an online shop but i'm reluctant to spend the money if it's not gonna fit...also, any good hard cases out yet? so far i've seen a few that look like briefcases. those are pretty much unappealing to me...i saw an aluminum one that fits right around the psp but it looks like sliding it in might leave some nasty scratches...i saw a hardcase from logitech and it looks really good...except it's not in production yet

i wouldn't doubt if sony decided to make some kinda external harddrive for the psp...mostly since it has a mini usb slot on the top...i don't think it'd be too hard to do that with it...it would be nice to have hdd to keep all your videos and mp3s on...and i'm sure it'd be easy to format and all...basically make it all plug n play

i have Magix's MP3Maker Diamond which i bought a year or so ago...it converts wma to mp3 pretty well...but the software costs about 30 bucks...
