I'd get one. The VF-4 and the 0D are the two last valks on my list of must haves.

Ugh, this debate drives me nuts. Does the scale really matter all that much? The 1/48 line of VF-1 is AMAZING. If you have them, then keep them. They're good toys. So the YF-19, VF-0, SV-51, YF-21 and so on are in 1/60 scale. Is it really so important to have your VF-1s and VF-0s in the same scale?

Either one's a good choice. To be honest I'm not sure which one I'd go with if I were in your shoes, they're both great!

So all this fuss is over the 1/48 VF-1S Hikaru? I was getting confused over DARKWIND's post saying it was really rare. Don't really see where he's getting that from since he can be found pretty easily on e-bay... hell, I got two of them last year and they're not all that expensive, pretty average for a 1/48. They don't seem all that rare to me. Either that or I've COMPLETELY missed the point... which is something I haven't ruled out yet.

Got any pix? I'm just thinking of the VF-1S Hikaru that Yamato released. How is this particular toy different?

So what's this "red stripe" VF-1S all about?

I got some Takatoys stickers and the instructions say to use isopropilic alcohol to clean the valk's surface. Now, I'm no chemist so I just want to make sure. Is isopropyl rubbing alcohol what I'm looking for? I went to the drug store and picked up a bottle. Just wanted to confirm that isopropilic and isopropyl are the same thing or not. Can anyone help me out?

I pre-ordered the Yamato 1/60 VF-0A Shin w/ghost booster and I still haven't received an e-mail, even though they hit the street not too long ago and I saw that some other people have received e-mails from them. Should I be worried?

Yeah, I bought a bunch from you in the fall. They're pretty good, although I stripped one of the sockets. But still, assembling 12 out of 13 correctly isn't too bad.
