I bought a lego AT-AT 75288 because of this thread. Just finished building it and found this gorgeous mod, https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-49545/EDGE OF BRICKS/modification-of-75288-at-at/#comments now I want to get the pieces to mod mine too
If anyone uses that website, is there a tutorial on how do I extract the parts list of what I am missing from the original set to get this mod done, currently when I try to use just the compare function, the list of parts seem more than just the add on armor and not sure if the list is correct.

they need to make a limited edition "darker Blue" kaki
as here:
Anyone else caught how the landing gear folds after launch, looks like Yamato and Bandai all got it wrong in the end
-
While we are at it, we need a pilot named “Maj. Damage”

My only concern was that the lack of seal could imply some type of Bandai’s internal sign for QC reject or even a Filipino knock-off as myk mentioned The one I picked up was missing sticker, unopened with some minor box scuff for 26k yen at Manda. Just getting into 1/48 DX Valkyrie and I can’t stop checking it out at different angles. Wish had a electric turning base that works in detolf. Thanks for the welcome messages!
Get a tamiya turn table display stand, they are cheap and require a D size batt to work

Did anyone noticed that the thrusters on Fuke’s ride armor in armor mode on the prototype is different from the others, plus they omitted the mud guard on the front wheel.

Wow! 5+ hours after the Amazon.jp link was posted and I was able to leisurely place a preorder, how wonderfully refreshing. This is also a testament of how much less popular MOSPEADA is compared to Macross, and how tone deaf Bandai is with their production numbers and product allotment when it comes to Macross DXs... specially the more popular variants.
On the subject of the garish color choice for the AFC-01Z pilot, I don't have any real issue with it as correcting it, if one so chooses, is just a matter of a little paint, a steady hand, and a bit of patience... no big deal, an unnecessary inconvenience at most. HOWEVER!!!, Sentinel better not follow suit with that nauseating color on the 1/12 Houquet figure, because that would be a full stop NO SALE.
I think the main issue is there are less scalpers for this line. Its the scalpers on the macross stuff that spoils everything, even if bandai produced 10x more for their productions for pre orders, it means nothing if scalpers get every piece in hopes to flip a profit.

This is how pre-orders should be. Stress-free.
Right on, just placed an order in too, click in, order and close page. No server hangs, no stress.

I had the Saitek X-55, Same stick, and though I loved the ergonomics, i found myself fixing broken wires after a little more than 100 hours use
Hope Logitech put some work in it after acquiring Madcatz/Saitek (I know the first "Blue" X-56's were recolored X-55 Rhinos and still had terrible QC)
I play Cliffs of Dover and Elite Dangerous (used to 'play' SC, but got tired of that ongoing disaster), now running Oculus Rift, Virpil MT50 Mongoost T50cm Stick and T50 Throttle (v.1),
Saitek Combat Rudders with 2x Thrustmaster MFD Cougar (Won't be running out of buttons soon )
I had the x55 and made new wire harness for the throttle twice, and then I modded the hole for the wire harness with a dremel, after using it for mechwarrior 5, the throttle snapped at the base due to my mods, I wanted to get a mongoost to replace but that was constantly out of stock and the i heard some people had issues with support for it in australia and was kinda of scared of going that direction, thus decided to source for the logitech version of the x56 instead
Also looking forward to the new star wars squadrons with this setup.
btw i am also into RC tanks, which is nice if you got a group of friends to play with as you can battle with them via IR

Here's something I've been wondering about. A good majority of North American sites I go to have some form of captcha, like type the characters you see in the box or click all the boxes that have X. However, none of the Japanese sites (that I've gone to anyway) implement this. Wouldn't that stop the automated bot scalpers or at least reduce them if they used some sort of anti-botting captcha scheme?
This won’t work if the scalpers use many humans to make the orders

I think I know what you mean, its like sometimes a memory of something is better than what it really was. Like a good steak that tasted better in my head than when I tried it again.

Glad you finally found it!
What is the in-universe reason for the gun pod extending anyway? Closest I could get to something that made sense was talk about how the VF-0 version extended to vent heat. Are we all good with that for a reasonable explanation?
Maybe its like a telescoping butt stock in real world firearms, which should not make sense for a robot firing a gun....haha

Anyway just a geek bit, Anhedral, which is what the downward slat is called, is present in modern day fighters to make them more manuverable.
-
You can’t make them horizontal due to the tip of the leading edge is where the restof the wing pegs into and it stops at an angle, also I think there are stops that prevent the wing going higher. So not sure if it can be achieved even with heavy mods
-
I just wing it and hope I can pay it off when the bill comes

That's also a great setup. X-56's are great and it's what i used before going Virpils. As for rudders, if you don't mind no toe brakes VKB T-rudders are some of the most comfy rudder pedals ever.
I am looking at the logitech pro pedals, as I reside in Singapore, virpils and vkb stuff are hard for me to acquire due to shipping cost.
Btw if you have not tried strike suit zero, do try it, it is the closest game I have flown that is kind of like flying in a cockypit of a valkyrie. Even the multiple missle lock. Sadly they removed the occulus support for it as I would have loved that, vr even though having the screen door effect is stupid immersive.
I kinda stop playing star citizen but waiting for them to make my polaris corvette then maybe I will return to it.

So, who got a preorder in? I got mine in, but they went really fast. I'm excited to get this version, but now I will most likely be selling off my older YF-29 with the armor parts.
Tried but got cart jacked, so waiting for release day to see ifI can score one at msrp

The Sentinel one is not based off of the original lineart. It's based off of a re-design.
Yes that is correct, but yet they kept the shape of fighter mode most true compared to the rest of the offerings by so many various companies

What really shines to me is Sentinel's more angular treatment of those leading wing tips around the fuselage. The rounded ones from previous toys just never looked right to me and don't quite fit in with the blocky nature of the Legioss.
If you are refering to the parts next to the cockpit, I think the correct term is called lerx
