  1. Thanks, much appreciated. Just wondered if it was saying "Yes, we know we royally screwed the VF-25 GERWALK but we got it right this time"
  2. I hate to ask for translation services, but in that picture what does it say about GERWALK?
  3. The more I look at pictures of this the more I like it. It's so lanky. I really REALLY hope they go back and re-do the 25 with these changes. That would be beautiful.
  4. I likely won't be buying this one...but if there are indeed improvements incorporated, I will be hoping for a V2 of the VF-25 DX. I love the GERWALK mode in the show of that valk and am perpetually disappointed in the poor execution of it in the DX toy.
  5. Very glad to see information coming fast and furious about this now. Given the amount of anime magic with this design, a couple of extra parts is not surprising and is a small price to pay.
  6. That actually sounds an awful lot like what the trailer LOOKED like (admittedly it was a quick trailer and only offered glimpses)
  7. Skinny Cap was a great effect. Trailer looked good. The glimpse of Red Skull looked fairly good.
  8. Super Bowl trailer left me with a completely different impression than the teaser...seemed less...malevolent somehow.
  9. Man that thing is just beautiful. From the sculpt to the paint, to my eye, it looks perfect. I hope we get a release date soon, I will be anticipating it greatly. Also the VF-11C looks really nice in those pics. Makes me wish it was included in the current Yamato sale at HLJ...
  10. Christopher Nolan loves him some ugly wimmins
  11. I sincerely hope they give a more precise estimate of release date. I'm looking forward to this and want to know when I need to budget for it.
  12. Wow. That's the only response I can muster. That is just amazing work. I cannot wait to see the finished product.
  13. Saw it this weekend. Wasn't awful. The villain was actually quite funny, as was, really, the whole movie. I enjoyed it.
  14. Great work. My 1/3000 will never look that good, but it's still beautiful. ;-)
  15. Got mine today. I had the arm defect, but it seems to have been fixed by fidgeting with the screw in the joint a little bit. It's late so for some reason my mind got totally boggled trying to figure out the stand operation for attacker mode. All that said it's an amazing toy. Looks awesome in my display. I think I'd probably buy a TV version if they made one.
  16. Crap in a hat some of that stuff is cheap. I totally don't need any of it but it's so tempting at those prices.
  17. Given how expensive this is...think anybody will ever customize it to 'final battle damage' shape?

    Yamato 1/60 Regult

That is beautiful. Thanks for sharing the pictures.
  19. Thanks. I'm with your avatar I guess. ;-)
  20. UGH. I ordered this like 5 days ago from HLJ and they still haven't taken payment or shipped it. I WANT MY SDF!
  21. Thanks for that pic Vi-RS. That looks a great deal better, but the thread size in the stitching still looks out of whack to me, except on the T2 Arnold. That's exceptional.
  22. In my experience that is always the downfall with 1/6 scale figures too. Fasteners and whatnot look absurdly large. Heck, even the thread used to make the garments is too big because it's normal scale thread. Just the nature of the beast.
